RE: Daniel Arthur
Thank you for double checking the records at Prospect Cemetery. I am assuming that Earnest is not mentioned in the records in the office for any plot in the Arthur area. So what other research are you thinking of doing? Is there an Arthur bible that list births and deaths from that time?
Would the Russia Cemetery have a record of Ann and the children being there? Thanks again for looking into this further.

RE: Re: FAG#22696338
Charles' obit said he and Pearl married on 10 June 1920 and Dorothy was born in May 1923. It also refers to her and her sister as his daughters. However, I note that Pearl was buried in her parents' plot and referred to as "Pearl, their dau." not "wife of Charles Briggs". That is why I was unclear as to Dorothy's maiden name. Perhaps because she and her sister were so young when their mother died they ended up being raised by their grandparents? Since Dorothy referred to herself in both her husband's obit. and to S.S. office as "Dorothy Carpenter" I will certainly accept that. But could we add Charles Briggs and Pearl Carpenter Briggs as her parents? And could the memorials for Pearl E. Carpenter and Pearl Carpenter Briggs be combined since they are for the same person? I think that might make things clearer. Thanks for your consideration. PJH

RE: Daniel Arthur
I'd like to suggest the Ernest and Daniel could be the same child. Ernest lived for one day May 7, 1879 to May 7 1879. He also should have been buried in Russia with Katie and John and should have been transferred with them. Daniel is listed as only 1 day for age and not listed in Prospect, why would Robert and Ann list one child that only lived for one day and not another. What do you think?

Gertrude Arthur is a daughter of Robert & Ann Arthur.

RE: George Richard

No need to transfer, I am not related, just working on Oak Hill Cemetery, I took photos of all the stones and worked with the board. (as there are no burial lists for that cemetery) Sorry got caught up with a different family today, did send you an link to the parents of Alice Fovel Siegwart.
As soon as I can will delete my Richard and link them to your Richards.
Thank you Ingrid.

RE: Daniel Arthur
If Daniel Arthur was transferred from Russia Herkimer County why is he not mentioned in the information that you sent me from Prospect Cemetery. Also I think your listing of Kate Arthur and Catherine Ellen Arthur are the same child. In my information I have Katy Ellen Arthur being born Oct. 7 1873 and dying Oct. 23 1873. This is on one of the tombstones at Prospect.

Daniel Arthur
I am related to Gertrude Arthur 1874-1958. Gertrude Arthur is a daughter of Robert 1842-1920 & Ann Bellinger Arthur 1842-1901. You have listed a Daniel Arthur as a son of Robert & Ann. What is your proof of this child. I have no information about this child.
Thank you
