Milly B, Ainsworth
The memorial for Milly B. Ainsworth is in the wrong cemetery (Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck.) The cemetery was started in 1954. So it is impossible for a burial of 1919 to be there. Blessings...Prissy

William Chesney
Re: William Chesney in Sproles Cemetery in Holmes County. He is my great-great grandfather and I'm wondering how he ended up in the Sproles cemetery. I can't find anything in census records that link him to Holmes County. I appreciate any help you can give.

Hi Sam,

I am the son of Willard Richard Sproles. You mention that you are his distant cousin and would like to hear from his relatives. Feel free to contact me if you are still active here.

On the headstone photo you mention that Donnie who is buried with Claud is his son who died suddenly I believe that was Edwin. Donnie is his 2nd wife Ella "Donnie" Hodges.

William W. Horton's daughter
Do you know what happened to William W. Horton's daughter Susan P. from his first marriage to Amanda Teal? I believe she married my direct line relative Thomas Ardrey and they had several children, but then I'm not sure what happened. I saw a note that someone said he left for the civil war and never came back. Do you know what happened to her and the children?
