Re: ERRORS - If you discover any errors in my memorials, please let me know. As a courtesy to fulfill your suggested edits or linking memorials, please include all memorial numbers. You may submit a narrative, biography or obituary by using the SUGGEST OTHER CORRECTIONS tab. Please use the SUGGEST EDITS tab to submit info such as parental/spousal links, locations of birth and death, etc. [thanks to contributor FDP #46938330 for the verbiage]

RE: DATA DIFFERENT FROM HEADSTONE - If you submit data that differs from what is on the memorial (alternate names, spellings, dates, et al.), please provide supporting documentation [many thanks to contributor FDP #46938330 for the verbiage].

Re: DUPLICATES - It's never my intent to create a duplicate on purpose. If you discover a duplicate I made, please click Edit, then click SUGGEST A CORRECTION to let me know and respond accordingly. Example: If I enter a memorial on June 4th for Paula Jones Theroux (my mom), and another contributor creates his/her memorial for the same Paula Theroux on June 5th, the one entered on June 5th is the dupe, not mine, regardless of how much info is or isn't on the memorial. [thanks to contributor T.V.F.T.H. #46496806 for the verbiage]. Also, you may submit a report of a duplicate to Find A Grave by clicking REPORT DUPLICATE button under the SUGGEST EDITS tab, then enter the 'duplicate' memorial's number, and suggest which memorial should be merged into the other.

Re: TRANSFERS will be gladly made according to Find A Grave guidelines, i.e., to DIRECT RELATIVES WITHIN 4 GENERATIONS. This would be your:
- Siblings
- Parents
- Grandparents
- Great-Grandparents
- Children
- Grandchildren
- Great-Grandchildren
In general, non-direct relatives (aunts, uncles, cousins, 2nd greats, etc.) will not be transferred. If you request a memorial transfer within the above guidelines, please explain your relationship in the request [many thanks to contributor FDP #46938330 for the verbiage].

Re: HYPHENATED and MULTIPLE NAMES: If you enter more than one name in the LAST NAME field, that name will only come up in a search that exact way. Example, if the name is entered in the last name field as "Smith-Jones," it will not come up in a search for "Smith" nor will it come up in a search for "Jones." It will only come up in a search for "Smith-Jones." For this reason, Find a Grave asks that we not enter hyphenated names in the last name field. There is a maiden name field for maiden names. Also, if a woman was married more than once, Find a Grave asks that we enter only the name at the time of death in the last name field. Find a Grave asks us to enter the additional names in the bio field [again, many thanks to contributor FDP #46938330 for the verbiage].

Re: PHOTO USE - please refrain from using my photos without permission.

Re: MILITARY DESIGNATIONS: I will honor veterans' service and rank. Veterans who have served honorably in a time of war may bear the title of their highest grade held during that war. This right is conferred by Congress in law by 10 US Code 772 Section. [Many thanks to the late Neil B (John 3:16) #232260099 for the verbiage].
