RE: Breen Cousins
Yes, please, and thank you. I always like seeing photos. The best e-mail address to use for now is if you want to send them there. I'm going to delete that address next week because it got onto someone's spam list, so I don't mind posting it here in public until that time.

RE: Breen Cousins
Fourth cousins would be correct if your 2nd great-grandmother is a sister of my 2nd great-grandmother, Lizzie (Harris) Breen. Am I to assume then, that your ancestor is Helena (Harris) Driscoll?

RE: Patrick Breen
Sorry I didn't see your message until now, Judi.

Feel free to use Patrick's photo.

Yes, I'm related. He is my paternal grandmother's paternal grandfather (so, one of my great-great-grandfathers).

John Shannon
Greetings once more,

If able, please, help find the burial place of John Shannon.

I sent the first message at the time of my computer crash. The message was not completed.

Thanks you very much, Martin Burrell

John Shannon
John's remains were reported to be buried at the Sodaville Cemetery. Which could have been the 'Childs Cemetery'. Except the 1939 WPA report on that cemetery it listed only three burials. There with a fourth having been already relocated.

The report goes on to say that he was killed in Lebanon, Oregon. Which leads me to the next best cemetery, I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Except that I have not found a record of his burial there. I have the newspaper story and a copy of his Oregon Death Certificate.

He was murdered on 14 June 1910, by a crushing blow to the head. He was born in Washington State, on 09 Dec 1887. The marker was then likely lost to time.

John Shannon lived to be 22 years, 06 months and 05 days old. His parent's were Charles and Emma [Patch or Batch] Shannon. His mother was born in Nebraska and his father in Indiana
