Additional information for this memorial. His spouse was Elizabeth Reeves - Birth 1750 in Randolph, Charlotte, Virginia, United States Death 1797 in Parkersburg, Wood, West Virginia, United States They were married in 1765 at her age 15. They had many more children but I haven't researched it enough to add all of them. These were my 3rd G Grandparents.

Finally I got around to re-photoing Susan's headstone, so that it can be read more easily.

Looks like you were just 1 day off.

Keep contributing.

Eliza Westfall Figley
Hello Dennis, just wondering what your sources are for the parents of Eliza Westfall Figley. Her findagrave memorial says you provided the relationships, Find A Grave Memorial# 78431168. I have a will from Levi Westfall (Simeon Westfall's brother). It's available on Ancestry. In it, Levi leaves money to "his children" among whom he lists Eliza and later he calls out to give money to "Harriet, Tilly and Eliza Figly" should there be anything left over. Harriet and Tilly are definitely his children (Harriet and Matilda) and it seems odd that he'd include Eliza if she were not his daughter. Everyone else on that will is either his child or grandchild.

Please let me know what you think - I'm striving for accuracy in the Westfall family tree. Please either leave a message or contact me by email. Thanks. :)

John Wesley Brooks Sr.
Regarding John Wesley Brooks Sr. bio. Jane died nine years later at age fifty-four

Do you have any info on Jane's death? She is my great grandmother and I have not been able to find any info on her death.

I'd appreciate any info you could give me.

Thanks, Sue Steward

Your post says that the body was either lost or destroyed. He is buried in Falling Water Cemetary in Belgrove, WV. He is my great great grandfather.

RE: Susan Smith memorial #68502055
You are kind about the quality of that photo, but I did hate to delete it.

I have written myself a note to go back and re-photograph Susan's headstone. I will read the headstone then.

The photograph came from just walking though Smith Cemetery after visiting Mama and Daddy's final resting place and I just snapped photos here and there.

Smith Cemetery is one of my favorite hills to visit.

RE: Vincennes city
Think your suggestion is correct. I am adding photos. Funny thing. They have plot locations. But wrong cemetery. Just makes it difficult if someone is trying to add family. Thanks. Just needed a sanity check
