Everyone has been so nice and helpful in my ancestry research which I'm working on for my family, that I just wanted to give something back, with that I'm currently adding our local cemetery. I'll gladly transfer any ownership and you may copy and use any photos that I post.|

Terry, Can you verify the dates on Louis Riley Francis and Edwin Francis. They have the same birthday and death date. I have Louis was born Feb 1907 and died 1982 in Curry County, OR. I would like to know if your dates are correct.

Can not find there mother and father but they are brothers and sisters
|Jeaniealogy||Arthur Sherman Hillman|
I looked up county records to help locate his grave. Records indicate his parents were John and Jane (Colvin) Hillman. James Schafer signed the death certificate as Mr. Hillman's son-in-law.

Please link Odom Ford #41857598 to his father, Joseph Ford #8064946 and to his mother Lilly Ford #8064950. Thank you!

Could you send me any copies of the photos you have of Thomas and Amelia? They were my great great grandparents on my dad's side, and now that he has passed, I don't know of any relatives or anyone who I could ask for family pictures. I don't even know of any relatives I may have from my fathers side.
I saw that you posted a photo of my Grandmother Amelia VanPelt. I was curious if you are a grand daughter as well? I have this same photo of Amelia and it is very very old and falling apart.

|Joanne Morehouse||George Beck of Amasa, MI|
I saw that you had this request for a long time. I decided to look into it last week when I was there.
I didn't find a marker for George when I walked the cemetery. This older portion is very small and you can mosey through and read every single stone and still be done in half an hour. I actually photographed every stone in this section. Unfortunately there isn't one for George.
There's an even greater dilemma with George. The cemetery sexton said the records from that date are not very good and he felt he couldn't confirm that George is even buried there. I also went to the Court House to find the death record. I didn't find one in the index for George, but I do know there is one online. It says place of removal is Amasa but there is no date of burial or undertaker listed. This brings up a lot of questions.
Maybe if you can find the person that holds the deed to the cemetery plot you can get more information about where he is buried. There must be someone who knows more. It would be good to get this information documented because it will be harder to verify in the future.
Thought I'm mention that on the death certificate the father is listed as Joseph Beck, born Austria and the mother is listed as Katy Froelich, born Austria. He died from tuberculosis.

Thanks, Terry, for your kind and generous transfer. Bill
