I am working on adding my family and friends, first most to create a records for generations to come and to enable me to visit and remember loved ones whom their final resting places I am not always physically able to visit and leave flowers or other rememberances due to distance age and health affecting my ability to travel much. |
Christine.~ Quintina "Christine" Edwards
~My mother wrote this when she & I first joined find a grave, a little more than 2 years later she passed away after a long suffering battle with Luekemia, for which she did not deserve. Always kind to everyone. It's taken me this long to begin to continue to get back on here and update and continue without her, knowing that when I did the first addition I would face adding her own memorial.. and without her, But I promised her to continue and so I will. and I hope to add others along the way, hoping that somehow a loved one will see them and be touched by the tribute, and that their loved one is recognized here...
~ I REALLY MISS YOU MOM~ I LOVE YOU~

You are very welcome. When I saw her memorial page I was glad we were the ones to add her marker.

Claude's daughter who would be Josie Fleming had a daughter that worked for me at my beauty shop in Joplin... named Designs of Distinction. One year, Becky & I went together on Memorial Day (I believe my mother was recouperating from hip surgery). Becky had said her grandmother was buried in Saginaw Cemetery. We drove from Stella, to Seneca, to Tiff City and back toward Joplin to Saginaw and to Forest Park Cemetery. Becky's grandmother was buried a few graves from my grandmother's family members. Then to find out that when looking at our family trees, they mingled together through the Busicks and Hamptons.
I'm related to the Hamptons through Mildred Comstock Hampton and distantly to the Busicks through the Hamptons.
I knew Josie Edwards Fleming from her coming in to get her hair done by her daughter at my shop, never knowing that our ancestors were "neighbors" in their final resting places.
Hi!! Thank you for the information. I do not know about Eleen Furduto's whereabouts. I have stated this is previous messages. Hope you find the truth

Which obit listed Josie's parents last names of Wilson? I'm guessing that if it did, I probably edited the last name in what I had entered for Josie before I transferred it to her daughter Patty who now manages it. I don't think she does a lot of research, she just has the memorials of her parents & her sister & nephew. Josie's other daughter Becky used to work for me at my beauty shop in Joplin & we went together one Memorial Day to decorate & she pointed out her grandmother which had always been buried near the Hamptons & the Comstocks. Have you tried contacting Patty Scott, her email is on her profile page. I can't say I ever met Patty, I did know Becky better.
|Earth Angel||Curtis Lynn Allison|
We believe that the Curtis Lynn Allison was indeed our classmate and we have notified his remaining family members about his remains. They are going to decide what to do with them. His entire family is gone.
Thank you for posting this on F.A.G. so we were able to reunite him with his family and put some closure to his disappearance. He was a really neat guy in high school but a few years after graduation, he just disappeared. His cousins & sisters-in-law are glad to know what happened to him.
