I live in Port Orchard, Wa. I am searching family history for the last name Valentine, Smith, Frey, Degroote, Gray, Wolfe.

I am working on adding photos to my ancestry work as well.

I am so glad you found her. I was so afraid I had over looked something, somewhere.

Stella Joiner/Kermit Cemetery
I called City Hall this morning to check on Stella Joiner and the wherebouts of her grave since I do not have a listing for her in my records. They do not have a Stella Joiner listed. The only Joiner listed is Odis. I checked for a Stella Hadaway but there was not any Hadaways buried there either. If you have anymore names I can check that might be Stella I will be happy to look for her. Strange...I have an Alice M. Hadaway listed as buried there but City Hall didn't?????

RE: Going to Mount Plesant Photo Party

I think the Queen Anne historical society or somebody has a database of 13,000 photos of the stones in this cemetery, and most of the unclaimed stones on this cemetery's page have no stones according to someone who sent me a message. I sent a message to every one of the people with photo requests for this cemetery (over 100) asking them to get specific info and I'll go take a photo and only about 4 people replied, so maybe these people aren't that interested to make it worth your time.

Hi, no worries. Your photos look great. I actually asked them for the location at the office and they gave me a little map for the Urn section. How do you find them in the larger sections? Do you use their maps?
