For those of you that are genealogy buffs, such as I am, you will understand that I am like a moth on a light bulb flitting all over the place. I work on one family line, find others with the same last names, get distracted and flit off on another direction. When I work on surnames, I frequently add non-family members that share the same last name.

I am not invested in building up the number of memorials that I add. I am interested in people not numbers. I will leave the numbers to someone who might care :-)

I will gladly transfer any of your family members if they are not related to me or if you are more closely related. I do require that you send me an email request with your name and contributor number as well as the individual's name and memorial number you are requesting me to transfer. Too frequently I receive a vague request like please transfer my great-grandfather, John Smith, to me. There are too many John Smith's for me to deal with and I am not aware of any "me's" as contributors.

I have received a lot of "thank you's" for all the work I do on Find-A-Grave. You are more than welcome. I love helping people find their ancestors. I also love it when people help me find mine.
