My researching of family began, after the birth of my grandson Max in 1997, when my daughter-in-law gave me a version of Family Tree Maker. As a child I always loved mysteries. I read my mother's Ellery Queen novels, watched Perry Mason episodes and my favorite board game was Clue. I always thought how much fun it would be to work as a detective. I guess, in my own way, I do.|
I firmly believe that our ancestors deserve more than just dates on their memorials. It is because of that philosophy that I try to add as much of the information that is available to me. Thank you for either your help or your understanding when I fall short.
The surnames I am searching and recording from my paternal side are:
Gibson, Keller, Miller, Ploehs, Reed and Walkinshaw
& from my maternal side, they are:
Beamer, Cunningham, Nelson, Peterson, Park, Parke, Parks, Perrell, Snow and Wiseman
For those who wonder...
Why the number of memorials managed is higher than the number of memorials created?
This is due to some generous F*A*G contributors who decided to transfer some of their memorials to myself and others.
I feel honored to be one of the recipients entrusted to care for these postings.

Thanks for sending the notice. Every little bit helps in this forever ongoing search. Betty
|Susan Evans||Creed Mitchell Brown|
I am again requesting that you remove the memorial regarding Creed Mitchell Brown. The erroneous info contained is not based on fact and is misleading those who are trying to document legitimate facts. The cemetery you placed him in wasn't even opened until the 1950's so how can he be buried there? The scenario you present as a "bio" is full of errors and untruths! Present ONLY FACTS and leave the creative writing out of it PLEASE!!
|Dee E||Campbell and Basham transfers|
The requested transfers are complete and thanks so much for taking over their care! If there are any others, just ask! Dee

How are you related to Wiley Dollinger?
|camille mcconnaughy||Allbaugh's buried in East Springfield cemetery ohio|
I left you a public message in September telling you that the Allbaugh's are not buried in East Springfield. I gave you the correct burials and memorial numbers. You should remove your East Springfield memorials because the information is incorrect.
|Susan Evans||Creed Mitchell Brown|
Once again, this is INCORRECT INFORMATION! My ggrandfather is NOT buried at this cemetery and the story added regarding the family is GREATLY flawed. I forwarded the attached death certificate to prove the error in a previous memorial you had posted regarding Creed, not for liberal use to create another memorial filled with undocumented supposition and mistakes. Please remove this immediately. The bio and assumptions made and contained within this memorial regarding the family of Creed Mitchell Brown are in GRAVE ERROR. Anyone accepting this information is perpetuating erroneous information in their genealogical files. I have pictures of Creed, Creed's CSA tombstone and that of his wife, Susan Elizabeth Norman who is buried at his side in Rural Retreat, VA. I have BEEN THERE, spent time traveling the area, spoken with cousins and other family, and can verify and prove my information along with that of my ancestors. I deal in facts! Again, HE IS NOT BURIED HERE! Since this is my family, the lines of which I have spent years researching, should anyone like to have accurate information, please feel free to contact me at Susan.Evans@hughes.net or via Ancestry messaging - Susan_Evans36.

You're so very welcome ^_^ I'm glade I could help.
|Jerry Mueller||RE: Photographs|
Hi Marcia, I was at the cemetery and I am sorry to say that I could not find a Head Stone or Marker for Bernardi Ploehs. In fact, in that lot there was only one Head Stone and that was for a Schulte.
I know how heart breaking this is. I have several relation and some grt., grt., grandparents that are buried there that do not have Head Stones or Markers. I even asked them if they would mark my grt., grt., grandparents grave so I would know where they were buried and they will not do it.
|April ||RE: You are welcome|
Oh my goodness thank you again! My great uncle Bayard Hoyle Sink and my great aunt Sadie Jane Sink Webb are both still living so I can save you that effort. The only thing I can see is that you got the wrong Avril Sink. My aunt Avril died around age 14 of Leukemia and is buried beside Gloria in the same cemetery. I'm not seeing her on the data base. I will have to go take a photo and add her.
