Thank you. I credited you under 'photo caption' when I uploaded it- but it only shows when you click 'photos'. Otherwise it says 'photo added by kw'. I guess that's how it is done

RE: Emanuel P. Frey Memorial# 35412555
As you can see by my low number of submission (43) of interments at F-A-G and low number of tombstone's managed, you can tell I'm not very adept at adding or editing submissions at F-A-G. I don't check messages very often either. In your Jan. of 2014 message you speak of editing one of your submissions. I'd really rather not edit anyone else's work. I don't even recall what submission or who feel needs editing. It is your work and if it needs editing I will leave that up to you.

Esther Hittle Spatz
Thank you for sharing your tombstone photos with me. Esther Hittle Spatz is the niece of my ancestor so we are not directly related. As for Esther and her husband Dave I do not believe there are any descendants. Happy Digs from Alaska, Patsy Hittle Gore

RE: memorial of my great-aunt
Find A Grave Memorial# 25448138. Alice Brubaker Buller and my grandmother Hallie Watson Buller were sisters. I always thought they must have been named for neighbors/ friends of their parents with those names (Alice Brubaker, Hallie Watson) but was never told. They both grew up in Maytown and went to the Lutheran Church. The oldest sister Ella Grace Buller is recognized in the History of St. Johns Lutheran Church as helping in the project of compiling the book. Their mother was Sallie Boyle and their paternal grandmother was Esther Lightner.

memorial of my great-aunt
I sent a message with the form used for correcting information, and I don't know whether or not that gets to you or to the man who posted her short obituary complete with erroneous middle name.

Aunt Alice Buller's middle name is Brubaker. I thought that would interest you since you have that surname posted as one of yours. I do not know what lady it was for whom she was named. I never asked her that. She and her sister Ella virtually raised me; neither had had any children. She taught school in Juniata, Altoona (fourth grade). Her father's middle name was Brenneman. They have Brenneman and Neff ancestry in Lancaster County, also Lightner. I am in Huntingdon and do not often get to Maytown. The last time was when her niece Laura (Buller) Doering passed way, whom people who used the library at Millersville State U. knew well. I only joined today. I don't know what the rules of the game are. Should I add things to this, in your opinion? Where should I go from here?

Elizabeth Hoffman (Witmer) Stauffer
Hi! Thanks for photographing Eliz's gravesite @ Landisville Menn. I made a trip to Lanc. Co. last spring where I found this grave info. @ Menn. Hist. Soc. (I had searched the find a grave sites and could not locate it. It appears you just recenly added it.) I visited the cemetery @ that time and have photographs. FYI, Elizabeth's son, John M. Stauffer is buried next to her (b. 7-19-1876; d. 2-27-1881). Note, he died 3 mos. before his mother. Eliz's husband was Henry Miller Stauffer, who is buried @ St. Anthony's Cath. Cem. in Lancaster w/his 2nd wife. You didn't mention being related to Stauffers, Witmers or Hoffmans. I am still searching for Witmer family. Been told that there are connections w/Witmer-Kauffman-Baker families? Will probably soon make another trip to Hist. Soc. to try to connect the dots. Again, thank you for photographing and displaying this gravestone.
