I have lived all my life in Sidney,Ohio
I have been searching for my Family for 10 years.My Husband would go along with me to the cemetery. I take a lot of tombstone picture and put them on Find a Grave so that other people can find there family member.

Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations, this would be your great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, or siblings. Aunts, uncles, cousins, etc. do not fall into this category. Bulk surname requests should not be made

Please add it if you have not already. I always put one in the flower in case someone will not add it. Yes, there are ones who will NOT add an obit. I will delete my flower after it is added. Hope the obit helps someone looking for this family member.

Who would have thought there were two different towns named Danville having Civil War Prisons. What is is odds of that?

Are you sure he is buried at Danville, Virginia? I was under the impression he died as a prisoner in a Civil War Prison in Danville, Georgia. There is information on line about the prison in Danville, Georgia.

i never knew anything about lennox cemetery, all i had for him was glen cemetery as shown in the Find A Grave record for him.

the photo you have posted to her, Find A Grave Memorial# 55187543, is for her son, Thomas Corwin Bonham.... the inscription has son of XXX Mary Bonham..... cannot make out first part, but his father was Jeremiah, may be just initials....
