Paul has been married to the love of his life, Irene, for over 30 years. He and Irene retired after long careers as NASA subcontractors following the final flights of the Space Shuttle fleet. Paul has always had a fascination with genealogy and finally started actively pursuing his ancestors in 2010. His current family tree includes over 4,000 members.|
Paul took monks vows in the Soto Zen line in 2006. He is active in the Zen community as well as supporting a active prison ministry and intermittent hospice ministry here in Central Florida.
Travel is a regular occurrence and more often than not, includes a side trip to that out of the way graveyard looking for that one lost cousin….
Paul and Irene live on an island on the coast of Central Florida. (Really!)

Sorry, I guess I should have reiterated what I wanted. You can transfer those if you like then I can take care of it myself. Mom and I got finished with her genealogy and had started my dad's (he passed away in 1985) but we only got a few generations back so I am continuing. Yesterday I found some my dad's grandparents, but the link for the person who monitors my great grandfather gives me an error message. When I tried the other link for the person who created the site he sent me a kind of rude message and told me to try the other link. So, I sent a message to email@example.com explaining what happened. Since I am new, could you tell me if that is what I should have done and is that all I need to do?
|Rebecca (Chapman) Dann||RE: Done|
I never got back to you about the Griesingers as shortly after we corresponded last Mom got very bad and she passed away on April 22. We did get to keep her here the whole time and it was actually very special even though painful and I would do it again if I had to. I have had some trouble of my own since but I think I am on the mend and am back to genealogy. I even went to a seminar in Indianapolis this month!
Anyway Ruth's Memorial# is 101348444
I so very much appreciate all that all of you do on Find A Grave and your compassion.

I want to give you more of a reason why I'm reporting a problem with her request. I don't believe she is even deceased. The person that made this memorial just read off the transcript of the cemetery. It shows she is the purchaser of the plots in 1991 for their daughter. And then sadly for him in 1998. I've internet searched her, and found several hits that is her. I'm almost positive she is still alive. Of course I'm glad to tell you this. Also I did search for her to be sure. And I only found her husband and daughter. We are photographing this cemetery so I will have walk the whole thing. For once I'm not sorry to give info on a request problem.
PS, here's the link to the transcript;

I don't need to see the census. I've put a note in the bio section about the obituary and the census. Thanks for the info!
|Diane Hurst||Perry Griffith|
Thank you for the SACs for the Griffiths in Fairlawn Burial Park Hutchinson, KS. Perry's obituary indicates he was born in Arkansas. Do you have any documentation to support a birthplace of Missouri?

Hi Paul -
What a small world!! Grand Forks was part of our early years "stomping" grounds. We both attended UND And being ND natives we have spend a fair amount of time in the Minot area. When our children were small and we visited grandparents in NE ND, we often stopped at the Zoo in Minot for a diversion for the kids.
We're in Beach in SW ND - very near the MT border. Both me and my roommate of 45 plus years were born and grew up in ND in the NE part of the state along the Canada, MN border. So we have lived in both edges of ND. Kind of like this SW part better as usually the temp is more moderate and less humidity (USUALLY).
