Canfield children: David, Ellen, Harriette
Hi Cheryl,
I spent about 4 hours trying to track down the Canfield children since the current Provo City Cemetery has no record of them being buried there. It was established in 1853 to accommodate the bodies that were being moved from the other three (Fort Field, Temple Hill and Grandview), but the first recorded burial that WASN'T moved was in Dec 1856.

Bodies were buried at the Fort Field in 1949-1850, then at Temple Hill (previously called the new Fort Field then changed to Temple Hill) between 1850-1879 and at Grandview Hill between 1860-1879. Graves were removed from Grandview to Temple Hill (at the expense of the family, IF they were still around, which the Canfield's were not, as they were in Santa Clara by Dec 1861). Rough guess is they were all three buried at Temple Hill in unmarked graves, so it is unkown if they were moved or not. I'll keep searching for them. Best of luck.

RE: Mary Kasai
My mother took dance lessons from Mary when she was young and I am trying to make a book for my mother with her life time line and would like to include pictures of people that were important to her.
Thank you,

Ross Fork Cemetery
Hi - As the stone marker in the cemetery photo says, Ross Fork consists of three separate cemeteries designated cemetery 1, 2 and 3 etc. The first cemetery is the largest. The second cemetery is a little farther up the hill and is a smaller cemetery. The third cemetery is the smallest and is at the top of the hill. All are within a few hundred yards of each other.
