Mary Jane Wigginton was not the daughter of Jetta L. Gilmore. Mary Jane's daughter was Jetta Regina Gilmore(1889-1962)who married Joseph Brown. If you'll look at the dates of birth, you'll notice it's impossible. Mary Jane is my 4th Great aunt.

Thank you so much for the correction to his parents. I don't know where I got the incorrect information, but should have noticed the dates.
Thanks again

Sallie (McGinnis) Coffey
Hello,

Nettie Shepherd is the mother of Sallie (McGinnis) Coffey. The date of birth on Nettie's headstone is incorrect. The last two numbers have been transposed. She was born Dec. 17, 1879, vice 1897.
She married Robert Lafayette McGinnis on June 30, 1895, in Grainger County.

Best regards,

Rick Miller

Pierce family - Andrews Chapel Cemetery?
Thank you for all your work for the Find A Grave site. Aaron Pierce (24979241) is a GG Grandfather. It appears his 3rd wife is my GG Grandmother - Rachel Ann (Annie) Pierce (24979225). Just had a question about son with first wife: Cemetery list shows J F Pierce (24979513) - is this possibly Joe born to Aaron & first wife Martha Jane (Lula Jane)? Just curious since I saw something listed that Martha Jane didn't die until C 1860... or 1862. Was there a divorce? That would have been rare at that time, but I suppose not unusual. Generally when there were that many wives, some had passed and they needed a mother for the children. Since Rachel Ann is my direct relative, it isn't really important. I appreciate your help. Bruett Clayborne
Hello Judy, Barbara and Matthew,

First, thank you all very much for all the work you are doing; it is much appreciated.

I am writing in regards to Find A Grave Memorial
# 72177089 Bruett Clayborne. His birth year is listed as 1811 and his death year as 1939, which would have made him 128 years old when he died! I believe his birth year is 1911.

Thanks for your attention to this.

Sincerely,
Michelle Clayborne
