I was born in Freestone County, TX. My parents, grandparents, and 3 of my great-grandparents were also born there. Some of my ancestors lived in the Republic of Texas. I graduated from Stephen F. Austin & TCU and have never lived outside Texas having resided in Stewards Mill, Fairfield, Irving, Austin, Tyler, Flower Mound, and Southlake.I created a spreadsheet on Stewards Mill Cemetery in Freestone County listing all known burials with names; dates; places of birth and death; parents; spouses and I work to keep it updated. When not working on genealogy, I travel both nationally and internationally.|
Many of the memorials I manage were transferred by others. Please request a transfer if one is a family member. I enjoy the research to link memorials to other family members.

|tdemars||RE: Keel in Birdston Cemetery|
I have only done volunteer work that included some of the Keel family at Birdston, so don't know the answer to your question. What I have seen is a posting that seems to include some of your information, but lists Jeremiah Keel married to Margaret Stewart:
Descendants of Jeremiah Vardeman Keel

Notes for JEREMIAH VARDEMAN KEEL:

A married-in relative. John G Warfield married Edna Julia White. Edna was my second cousin, 2 x removed. Not close, but I sure love that name. Warfield, that is. Do you mind that I put those photos in? They were public in A.c.
