Richard, Beatrice, Richard, Jr. Mansfield & Jack Wright
I cannot begin to thank you enough for your time and trouble regarding these splendid photos of the Mansfield Family and Mr. Jack Wright. These are absolutely beautiful. As I live in Southern California, my chances of visiting the Mansfield Family plot is pretty much in the neighborhood of NEVER. This means so much to me....once again, thank you and bless you dear Mr. "ridercoach0412".

George W. Church
I was able, after a long search, to find Georges' tombstone. There was no tombstone for William although he is buried there. I was able to confirm that at least. My guess is that because William died from consumption, he was buried very quickly and his tombstone was never placed. That happened a lot back then since there was mass hysteria over tuberculosis and people were still thought to be contagious even after death. Georges' tombstone was badly overgrown and I cleaned it off as best I could. Sorry it took so long.

George Church
One more thing, I don't know if you've noticed, but I found his children as well in the cemetery records. I don't know if that will mean anything to you, but I added their memorials and would be happy to transfer them to you if you'd like.

RE: William Church
Okay, I found George and will head out to his location tomorrow to take the photo. I'm also planning on going to the Town Hall on Monday when I know for sure they will be in. If I cannot find anything in their records we can add William back to Pine Hill and just say his exact location is unknown. I do care and am trying to take this very seriously. I have the cemetery records in front of me and searched geneaology quite thoroughly with no results, but I haven't been to the town hall yet. I will let you know what I find!

Kindly,
Cadie

William Church
You added a record for a William Church who died in 1900, but there is no tombstone for him NOR is there ANY records that he is buried there. Please, can you tell me where you got your information??? I went to the historical society to try to find him so I could locate his tombstone and they have NO record of him. It's for Pine Hill Cemetery in Chester, Massachusetts.

Mullen Hill Cemetery
Thanks for going to this cemetery to try and find my photo request. John Beckstein created the memorial page (and he's done several cemeteries in CT...I think it is based on the Hale records and is accurate) so I'm pretty sure that her gravestone was there at some point...but must be missing now. If I find out anything more I will let you know.
Thanks again,
Sara
