I spend a lot of time with my oldest grandson, Aidan. His little brother came along recently and so far my oldest continues to remind me that he is my number one.|
Genealogy is something I started doing about twenty years ago with the goal of recording "the original ten"; they where the seven boys and three girls of my grandparents. That has grown to over 5,500 people now, of which many are not Waldrops.
Pen, pad and digital camera are with me wherever I go ready to record whatever catches my eye. If you see someone with two little dogs, Brandy and Buffy, the old geezer will be me.

I have noticed you have contributed information on my relatives in S.C.. (Ross, Robert Roy witch was my grandfather, Jane, Ross's daughter etc.)
Are you related to this line of Waldrop's ?
I have just started looking into our family history any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am so sorry I neglected to thank you for the photo you took for Wiley's memorial. I just found the notice from last year in my inbox.
It's belated but still appreciated all the more.
Thanks for the transfers, Ray. Appreciate it.

Could you also transfer my Aunt, Lena Maggard, I would appreciate it.

Hi Ray, I noticed that you had posted the information on my grandmother, Mabel Dalton's grave. I was wondering if you could or would be willing to transfer that page to me. I would appreciate it. Also there is someone listed as her spouse that is incorrect. Her spouse was Frank Dalton who is buried in WVA. Thanks

Thank you so much for adding it, and thanks for all you do to help others on this site.

I added Reece's parents. Just say the word and I'll transfer Reece over to you. My guess is that if anyone can write a bio for him, it's you.

Found another son of Moses & Malinda Hendricks. Could you please link him to them.
Moses S Hendricks #48356741
I think I found another son, but I am not 100% sure, maybe 98% sure. He is Charles A Hendricks. He was killed in the Civil War. I check the records and he was in same unit as his brother Lewis. If you want you can check it out. He is buried in Virginia.

Ray, thank you for adding the picture of William Franklin Reynolds's gravemarker. As you likely know, his memorial had been deleted by the prior owner but I'm not sure who that was. I've just made a memorial for his wife Martha Ann Waldrop Reynolds. Do you by any chance have a picture of her marker in your files? If not, would you please take one and post it the next time you are at the church? Her new memorial page number is 128563911 and I have linked her to her husband. These are my great-grandparents. Thanks.
