If you come across a photo I've added and the orientation is wrong, please drop me a line to let me know. It doesn't always present incorrectly on my screen, but I'm always happy to delete and re-upload.|
Also: if I've uploaded a photo and it's not clear or you would like it retaken for whatever reason, just drop me a note. I have a file of "Retakes To Do" but I don't always remember to grab the list on my way out the door!
PLEASE NOTE: I will not add copy and pasted obituaries to memorials for individuals who died after 1925. I am happy to add extracted information from post-1925 obituaries to a memorial, so feel free to send that information, but I cannot process the modern C&P'ed obits. It is against Find A Graves Terms and Conditions. Please see the following FAQ entry: http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?searchArg=obituary&page=listFaqs#89
1/28/2014: laptop is back (well, replaced) but I'm somewhat behind the 8-ball and working on catching up. It's possible I missed e-mails from the last couple months, so if you needed to have information updated or a transfer made, please contact me again. Thanks!

|Patricia Harrison Armstrong||Julia Prendergast - Find A Grave Memorial # 138407867|
Becca, I am a findn-a-grave volunteer in Butte, MT. I saw you posted a memorial for Julia Prendergast buried at Holy Cross Cemetery in Butte, MT. I had already added her husband's memorial and they have a combined headstone which I've now added to your memorial. Tonight, I added a memorial for a Bernard Connolly who's buried in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Butte, MT. I also found his funeral notice which mentioned that he was related to Mrs. Martin Prendergast - Julia. I don't know if you are related to this family line or not but thought you'd be interested to find Bernard if you were researching the family. Pat

Thank you for your efforts for Irene's memorial. I am in Minnesota so I know the weather can always be an issue. I only knew of this family through Irene's first cousin, Gertrude Kane, but am so happy to link them to the Holdahl's. Irene's mother was transferred in a basket to a cattle ship when she was four when the ship she and her family were on was sinking in the Atlantic. Thanks to you and other volunteers, remembering people through memorials also keeps alive their family history.
No hurry for that photo. Just stay safe from the elements when you are doing your good deeds.
