What is Find A Grave?
Find a Grave's mission is to find, record and present final disposition information from around the world as a virtual cemetery experience.
Memorial contributions to Find A Grave should fulfill that mission - registration of the final disposition. If the memorial contribution corresponds with only the main mission, then the memorial fulfills its purpose as part of Find A Grave's mission.

Could you please remove the photo you posted on this site? It is not for James it is for William. Thank you.

Sounds like I have the same documents as you do for Jennie. I did see the marriage license and death certificate, and wondered why the difference. I'm related to the Bowker's and have a lot of family data but it only gives Jennie as Jennie Sullivan, no parents. No one seems to know much about the couple or how William ended up in Memphis. Eventually William went to Memphis and then Rancine, Wisconsin to work at the Mitchell-Lewis motorcar factory. He registered for the WWI draft while there (9/1918) and he listed his home address as 375 Poplar Street in Memphis and stated that Jennie Bowker lived at that address.
If you want to leave it as is, I understand. Thanks for all your hard work.

Is Zeno T. Harris Jr. one of your relatives? If so, I hope you can share his family history with me.
Zeno's mother is my 2 x great-grandmother - Harriet Margaret Hawkins.
Harriet's first husband was Zeno T. Harris, Sr. (1803-1834)
Harriet's second husband was John R. Allen
My family line comes from her second marriage.

I took 105 the first time and got 78 out of it. Yesterday I did 192 and got 144 out of them. I'll wait on you. I just did another 157 in Pontotoc County, MS today. So I'll work on it for tonight and take a break. Thanks for understanding and for all you do.
