Bio and Links
Bio Photo Find-A-Grave is such a wonderful website and gives a lot of great information to family genealogists. I came from a family of nine children and have lots of nieces and nephews. I have been my family's record keeper since I was a very young girl and have loved meeting new relatives, especially cousins, cousins, and more cousins.

It's also fun to be able to add new descendents of my parents to our family tree...which happens quite often. Many new babies are born every year. The family tree continues to grow and grow and bears much fruit.

Aside from obtaining family information, this website allows us to give a living memorial to honor our family members who are no longer with us. This is an awesome website. Thank you Find-A-Grave.

Median Little Seborn Liles
I am related to Median's first husband, Joseph Seaborn/ Seabourn. I see that on this FindAGrave site there is a daughter listed for Median and Joseph- Sarah Seaborn. Would you have any information on this daughter? Thanks, Barbara

Come to find out we are cousins! I was curious, however, if you might be related to the Merritt or Farris lines out of Arkansas. You are a spitting image of my grandma, Hazel Studdard! You two could pass for sisters. Lol.

Lucie or as we called her, WOO WOO, was my great aunt. She lived with us in Raleigh after leaving her home in Farmville Va. Until her death. I would love to know more about the man she was married to. I know she married late in life and it seems I remember him being a postmaster but am not sure. I loved spending time at her house in Farmville as did my daddy when he was young. Thank you in advance for any info you may provide.

Is there any way you can abridge the information on this memorial so that the picture of the grave will show up. Maybe you could shorten the length of the lines of copy so the grave photo would appear. Judge Little married a family member and I would like to see the grave.

Thanks for any consideration you might show,

I just answered my own question. My Mary was 24 in 1860, so she can't be your Mary E, who was born in 1850. Thanks anyway.

In reference to Temperance Rickman. My 2nd great-grandmother was Mary Elmyra Rickman. She was supposedly from Lawrence County, married Wm Matthew Johnson, and was living in Marshall County, in the 1860 census.

I noticed your Temperance Rickman had a daughter with the name Mary E. Do you have any additional information about her? I have hit a wall with that marriage. This could be the family we have been looking for over 10 years.

Thank you.

Freeling Hyson Harmon
Hi ! I finally found a date of death for both Freeling Hyson Harmon & Jane Parkhouse-Harmon. My 2x great grandparents. These dates were written in my grandmother, Mabel Harmon-Hewitt's Bible. I do not have their places of death, or burials, but hopefully one day that will appear also. Thank you for creating the nice memorial pages for my Great-Great Grandparents. :)

Thomas Smith #90268816
This isn't the Thomas I'm looking for, but because Smith is one of your names I thought you might have some helpful knowledge. My husband's ancestor John Ford was Baptist minister in Cedar, Polk & Dade countie, and Thomas Smith was in the same association; Thomas even officiated at one of John's son's marriages. I became more interested in him when I discovered that there was a Thomas Smith in Cynthiana KY in 1820 when John was probably there and Jared Ford was definitely there. John & Jared went on to start a Methodist Church in Decatur Co IND, then John came to MO & at some time changed to Baptist. I'm always looking for some sort of insight into their lives, so grasp at a lot of straws.. there was a Thomas abt the right age in Dade and another in Cedar, and neither gave occupation as minister in the census. Just wondering...
