Richard S. Clark
Clark Hough, son of John B. Thompson
I saw your flowers and note on the memorial of John B. Thompson. I'm looking into his son Clark Hough Thompson, twin of Clyde Carl, b. 18 Sep 1877 at Eastport, Fremont county, Iowa (ghost town), and died Stanton, Orange county, California on 5 Jan 1948. Clark was a "boarder" in the home of Mrs. Cama Jane (Coats) Amott in the 1920 census of Chicago, listed as "single", despite his WWI draft card showing he was married. Things were not as they appeared in that record; "Camie's" husband and children were all listed, even though she had left him in 1908, and her daughters adopted by others circa 1910. She had left her first husband (father of Forest Perdue, listed 1920 as Forest Amott) and married Wm. Amott in Canada during 1905, a year before her first husband filed for divorce (she also had a relationship with a Wm. Bryan between marriage of Geo. Perdue and Wm. Amott). Wm. Amott filed for divorce in UT during Aug 1920. Clark and "Jane" were listed as husband and wife in the 1921 Pueblo, CO city directory, and shortly thereafter, in San Diego, CA directories, as well as the 1930 census. Cama Jane died 3 Jan 1934 in San Diego, with Clark marrying Mary A. after that. His obit mentions a daughter, Helen B. Daley, and grandson Buddy Daley. I'm not sure of Helen's mother; "Ruby", as given on Clark's WWI draft registration, perhaps. I'm just passing this information on in case you had any interest in it. It took 10 years for me and others to track down Cama Jane, whose sister, Margaret Elizabeth, also abandoned her husband and children, and fled to California.

David Frasher
Hi,

I was wondering if you have any information regarding David Frasher's parents? He was husband of Marjie Landrum. Any information would be much appreciated.

Thank you in advance,
Marie

Zinns at Oak Hill
Hello,

I noticed that there are photo requests for Benjamin and Alice Zinn at Oak Hill and you added the original records. I am almost finished photographing all of the markers in this cemetery and wondered where you got the information that the Zinns are buried here.

I am also transcribing cemetery records and still have the 1950-1970 interment book at my house (I used to work at Oak Hill). I looked for the interments in 1962 and 1964 and found nothing. Were they possibly cremated and interred later?

I would be happy to fill this photo request if I can find the garden in which they are buried.

Thanks for the information!
Janis

RE: Remiatte
I am so sorry I haven't gotten back to you sooner. I was entering information and wasn't aware I had messages to read and maintain. Guess that explains one of the first ones I received. He was pretty unhappy with me.

I made the suggestions you requested and if you would like them transferred let me know.

Again, I am so sorry.
