Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have found myself in a move to central
Georgia !

I have enjoyed working with cemeteries of Dawson, Lumpkin, Cherokee, Hall and Forsyth Counties of North Georgia.

The Forsyth County's Sawnee View Gardens and Mausoleum Cemetery, in Cumming, Georgia, now has all photos uploaded, however, I am updating the entries from other sources. It is the last complete cemetery that I photographed in North Georgia.

If you find your name listed as a survivor in an obituary I have posted and would like your name removed, just ask. It will be removed promptly. I think obituaries add a lot of genealogical information that if not captured will be lost, with cremation on the rise related to the cost of living, this may be all that remains to memorialize our families.
If a newspaper or funeral home has already published a name in an obituary, I think your anonymity is already compromised, if that's what you want to call it. (But with the internet ruling our world, what is private anyway ?)

Please feel free to use any of my photos found on find a grave in your family histories.

Happy Hunting, Bren

No problem...glad to help. Try to go on a week-day and go see Sybil Willingham in the voter office. She can be lots of help! And she has a copy of a very old book of Taylor co, tombstones!
You might call her first at the voter registration office.

Love,
Thank you for the transfer. Her 2nd husband was O'Brien. I'll take care of it. That is one of the families that the women had tough luck with loosing husbands and it is a bit confusing.

Did you by any chance see a tombstone for Winnie? I wonder what the tombstone reads? Mr. Arguelles died and I am not sure if they put Arguelles or O'Brien on the tombstone.

Thank you so much. I have been trying to do some bio's on folks I know that is why I sent it to you. I noticed you have a few in Biloxi City as well. Glad everyone is working to get the things online. Coalville is my main project and I also did Oaklawn. My relatives which are many since I am from the old pioneers on the coast. I have Fayard's, Krohns, Husley's and oodles of kinfolks!!! All the Fayard's are my relatives and they married into all the rest! That is my grandfather's side. On the Krohn side is where my Cuevas (Quave) family comes into play. One big pot of gumbo and most all were in the old pioneer groups.

Keep putting memorials as it helps me a lot too!! When I am looking for someone and run across yours, if I have a bio will send it to you, but I do like to source the stuff too.
Thanks again!
Bobbie

Westview photo requests
Hello

I would like to help you find your photo request at Westview Cemetery in Atlanta.

Westview is massive the largest cemetery in the whole Southeast. Would you please help me by calling the cemetery office at 404-755-6611 to find out whether the grave is marked with a monument or marker or both AND what the section and lot numbers are.

Then I will gladly look.

The office is reluctant to give out that information to non-relatives.

Thanks

Phil

So far have not been able to find obits or marriage licenses, still working on it. Still have that photo to post when it will upload. My husband is Michael, Kathleen and Johns son. Thanks for all your efforts on his memorial and for transferring him.

Added Bio info since I seen it was transferred.I have a family photo to add to this memorial, spent 15 minutes trying to upload it. I usually do not have upload issues like this, will try later.

Hi Bren

I don't want to take Summerfield away from you if you are family, you created the memorial, just wanted to add his info. Would you like me to just give you the info?
