Thank you, Nancy, for making these additions. Emma and John's daughter, Margaret A "Maggie", married my great uncle Joseph G. Creamer..whom I called "Uncle Joe". I remember him well (he was my grandmother's brother). In recent years, with the help of, I have met three of his now adult grandchildren. I am happy to "meet" you, too.

Jonesses of Wilton, Will, Illinois
I'm trying to decode my paternal ancestry and I noticed you knew a bit about some of the Joneses buried in Wilton Central cemetery. My great uncle "Emmett C. Jones" being a Jones buried ther. I was wondering if you had any insights into which and if any familial leanings exists. If you would be so kind I would greatly appreciate it.

RE: Green Wilson Holleman
Nancy: I have never been to the cemetery and seen Green Wilson's stone. The info was given to me and this is supposedly what the stone had on it.
Green Wilson Holleman.
Marker transcription: Husband of Elizabeth J. Combs.

The cemetery is in a small community called Oak Flats in Rusk County. It is just northwest of Mount Enterprise, Texas. I will have to make a trip down there when it gets cooler and look up the stone.

I dont know why it would have said, Husband of Elizabeth Combs unless she had remarried and somebody got the wrong name.

That is very strange that you didn't find the headstone because someone posted it. But thanks for your trouble.
