RE: Charles Sawyer 88174822
I would suggest deleting the memorial altogether since "unknown" is rather useless on "FIND a grave".

But first .. That a Charles H Sawyer died in Hennepin County 17APR1928 is documented.
His death certificate is 1926-MN-019126.
A MN historical org will release his certificate for a $9 ransom. I believe it also held on Ance$try.com. Perhaps a kind person will locate it.

RE: Charles Sawyer 88174822
I do not know the grave site. Since I recognize no other family in cem, likely in the veterans section.
In 1920, he was resident at the State Soldier's home, age 71. He held invalid pension 1009093.
His son Emerson died in Chicago.
Wife's grave not found.
He was born 1850/51; enlisted JAN1865.

Amelia Stillman #142977444 (Searched, Couldn't Find)
Thank you for taking time out from your vacation to obtain a photo of Amelia's other three family members buried side by side at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.

Based on your demonstration of being very conscientious, I am convinced that a headstone for Amelia does not exist at this cemetery. The photo you provided of the Stillman-Sperry plots will be used for four family memorials at this cemetery.

Amelia Stillman #142977444 (Searched, Couldn't Find)

Thank you for your dedicated effort to locate the headstone of Amelia (Sperry) Stillman, my 2nd great-grandmother. I have added a paragraph to the beginning of Amelia's memorial explaining the results of your efforts to benefit me and others in the future.

Amelia has husband, father and sister-in-law buried in this cemetery and all include headstones. Unfortunately, I could not be positive that Amelia is buried in this cemetery but it is probably more likely that she doesn't have a headstone than burial elsewhere.

The Otter Tail County Historical Society has done a fantastic job of researching these families and their efforts are very much appreciated by their descendants. I will continue looking.

Actually, I see that I have several thank you's to send to you...but I only ever open one fulfillment message at a time, so I make sure I send my thanks for each one before I go on to the next.

So...thank you very much for the photo of their plot. It is sad to see that they have no marker, but very nice to see where they are located. Nice maintenance on the cemetery! I wish ours out here were that nicely maintained! Did you bring the flowers to mark the plot? If so, that was a very nice touch! Thank you so much for the photo, and for hunting down the grave...I know it is not easy at all when there is no marker!
