Please do not add death certificates in the photo section. They look tacky.|
My count is unbalanced because I maintain many memorials for several contributors that are no longer on Find a Grave.
NO BULK TRANSFERS
I put a great deal of time into creating my own memorials and adding the gravestone pictures and historical information to them from Park Cemetery. Many of them are early day pioneer citizens and the listings are becoming a good reference base for the history of the residents of Carthage, Jasper county, Missouri.
All transfers will be done on an individual basis. Please state your relationship/or reason for requesting the transfer and be sure to include your member number.
PLEASE USE THE VIRTUAL CEMETERY FEATURE TO GROUP YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS TOGETHER. NOT ALL CAN BE TRANSFERRED CONSIDERING THERE IS A POSSIBILITY SO MANY PEOPLE CAN BE RELATED IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.
Please do not use chalk, flour, chemicals etc when taking your grave photos.

"The country newspaper is truly a family record. It proclaims your marriage, it announces the birth of your children, it gives the obituary notice of a loved one of your family. It not only gives your family record, but the family record of your neighbors. Many do not realize the benefit their home paper is to them."

Thanks for your response. Have not had a chance to get back to you. It would make correspondence easier if you would send your e-mail address.

|Michael W Bruce||Ernest J. Shaffer|
Thanks for all the work you do.
You have Ernest J. Shaffer,s death age as 36 but he was born in 1885 and died in 1911, probably should be 26.
Also the headstone picture is for some other Shaffer, not Ernest.

Thank you so much for the pictures of the Richmond Graves in Carthage. Great photos!
|ChristiB||George & Larie Tipton|
I am only distantly related to this couple through marriage. I am glad to transfer them to you!
I did not receive the birth/death updates for Dollie & Chester Ammon Tipton that you said you sent. If you would like to send them again, I can update it, or if you would rather, I can transfer them to you as well!

I'd like to use your photos of the Haughawout family on my public family tree with your permission? My husband is related to Mary Agnes Anning. I'll be sure to credit you and findagrave which is such a fabulous resource for all our family historians. Thank you for creating these memorials. Thank you for your consideration, Lisa

Thank you very much for the photo and marking the grave with the lot information. It helps so much to know of the burial even if there is not stone.
|Lori Johnson||Craven family|
Thank you so much for the transfer. Also, thanks for the welcome to this site and the information you provided me. I had been reading here and looking around for several weeks before deciding to jump in a few days ago. I will go back and read through the areas you suggested.
I have completed the edits you sent me. Thanks for the links of Artie Dell Cravens parents. They have been added and I am happy to have that link. I am just starting my family tree and this information is very helpful.
I also have a photo of Artie's father, which I will add to his memorial.
I didn't know about the Missouri website for death certificates, thank you! I have a lot of family that resided in MO, so this will come in very handy.
Again, thanks for the welcome, the transfer and your help. It's people like you that make this site such a wealth of information.
