Location: Colorado Secretary, 487th Bomb Group Association I am researching the 487th Bomb Group, 8th U.S. Army Air Force, which was stationed at Army Air Forces Station 137, near the village of Lavenham, Suffolk, England, during World War II. One of my uncles served in this Group in 1944. I am working with other members of the 487th Bomb Group Association to honor all veterans of the Group who were killed during the war. | |
