Bio Photo Location: Colorado
Secretary, 487th Bomb Group Association
I am researching the 487th Bomb Group, 8th U.S. Army Air Force, which was stationed at Army Air Forces Station 137, near the village of Lavenham, Suffolk, England during World War II. One of my uncles (Roy Webber) served in this Group in 1944. I am working with other members of the 487th Bomb Group Association to honor all veterans of the Group who were killed during the war.

You are welcome. I was on vacation on Oahu and, as I'm known to do, had to check out the local cemeteries. That one is a truly beautiful place, located in an old volcanic carter.

Question about a photo
Find A Grave Memorial# 83372645

Hi Paul - I thank you for adding the photo for my uncle Ed on this memorial - it is beautiful. Can you tell me about how you came across this photo? Was it in a military archive somewhere?

Thanks for your work!
