RE: Noah Williams b: 1832
Hi Lillian.

I do not have a death certificate. "My" Noah died on February 6, 1882, and is buried in the Shawnee Cemetery in Plymouth, Pa. Unfortunately Luzerne County death certificates prior to 1895 were destroyed in a flood in Wilkes-Barre. I do have a marriage record. Noah's father was Samuel Williams and his mother was Gwenllian Bowen. He was a miner in Wales and also in Pennsylvania. Noah, his wife Elizabeth, and their two sons came to the US around 1872. My husband and I went to Wales two years ago and visited several villages where my ancestors lived. I learned an interesting fact about Welsh surnames if you are interested I'll pass it along to you.

RE: Jesse Pierson Pearson
Unfortunately, the Ancestral of the LDS is reiddled with errors and discrepancies for Jesse Beman Pearson. The second marriage actually took place in Utah. I spent a bit of time at the local LDS FHC and even the volunteers couldn't believe how fouled up the ancestral file ws for Jesse Beman Pearson.

>This Jesse Pearson was born in 1813 in Randolph, >NC. The Nauvoo Temple Register of 1845 shows his >full name as Jesse Beman Pierson (Pearson.)>Born, 13 June 1813 in NC to Mary (Polly)
>(Beamon) and father Jesse (James)Pearson. >Spouse: Mary Ann Brownell (Experience) married >16 Oct 1835 in Oliver, Posey, Indiana with >second spouse Nellie Lois Nelson married 4 June >1864 in Randolph NC.

Information on Matilda Williams
I was just wondering where you got all the info on Matilda Williams. She's my 2nd great grandmother. If you have any other information on the Williams family I would appreciate it.
