Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been working on family research for many years, and I've visited cemeteries looking for my family and my husband's family. I have posted all the related graves and photos and added them to virtual cemeteries. The vast majority of memorials I've added are for people not related to either of us.

I enjoy photographing and documenting cemeteries, and I hope some of the memorials I add will help others with their family research.

Over the past few years, I have worked on documenting cemeteries in Dakota County, Minnesota, as well as adding photos to existing memorials.

I am also working on adding memorials for all the cemeteries and graves listed in 'Footprints in Time Tombstone Inscriptions in Tate County, Mississippi'. This book contains information for a lot of abandoned cemeteries, so I hope it will help someone looking for information on an ancestor.

If you have corrections for any of the memorials I've added, please use the Edit button on the memorial to submit your information. If you have questions, feel free to send me an email or leave a message.

Hall memorials
Hi ----- Which is the correct cemetery for the Hall memorials ----(James, Lois, Albert, Claude, & Charles) All five were entered with grave photos in both the Shawnee Cemetery and also the Pleasant View Cemetery. Some have now been removed and some have been merged. Albert is still in both cemeteries. Which is the correct cemetery ?

RE: Houck's
Thanks, Deborah.
I do believe they are there but unmarked.
I will contact Corinthian when I have a chance and see about grave locations and possible markers.

I believe that Alfred & Effie(parents) and Orel(daughter) are buried in the same area.
Mike(possible brother of Alfred) is too.
Is there any way of knowing from the cemetery map
or someone local that knows? If they can be located, it may be possible to come up with markers.
I know that Alfred dying in 1941 presents the probability that his grave could be found, even if it is unmarked. Sounds like the use of concrete vaults were required starting in 1940 and a ground prod could be used to verify the grave location on the cemetery map.
This sounds like a lot to ask, doesn't it?

Thanks for looking for the Whittiers' headstone. Sorry you didn't find anything but good to know they probably are not marked. Steve

Transfer Request
I was unsuccessful in addressing this to your Yahoo e-mail address.

Would you be willing to transfer ownership for Joseph Grayson Devinney (111277344) to me (Nick Weedman, 47367044). He was the oldest son of my great grandmother, Mary E. E. Brown Devinney.

Many thanks

Klein Family Tree
Hi there, I am looking for information on my husband's side of the family. His grandfather's name is Dallas G. Kline> Henry Kline >Nicholas Klein. I have noticed that you photographed N. Klein's grave, and I am trying to find out if this is the same N. Klein. I do not know how to find out if this is accurate info.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

I so appreciate it!! I just ordered their death certificates to confirm their parents names and any other info! I have a family picture of this grave (I believe it's this one) in my box of info but whenever I put in their names before in find a grave nothing showed up. Now I know it's the cambria cemetary!! Thanks!

David Brian Crosby on J. Holzemer memorial
Dear Deb,

I have been researching Janet Holzemer's brother David, we went to high school grad'd in 1967. I finally found an obituary, St. Paul, Pioneer Press. it looks as if he died May 7, 2000. So my guestimate of 2001 is off. I started researching his death because someone told me (in 2006) he took his own life, however, I can't find anything on it. Could you change the death date to 05-07-2000 or [b. 1949 d. 05-07-2000] instead of my guestimate of 2001.
Thank you very much for all your help.
