I am researching the names-Ives, Van Valkenburg, Wright, Babcock, Brush, Conklin, Kutz. Many of these people are from the East coast, New York, Connecticut, Massachuesetts, New Jersey. The Kutz's came from Germany in 1891 by way of Baltimore, MD.|
If you think we may be distant cousins, please e-mail me, I'd love to hear from you!!
Please do not use my photos without my permission. I will gladly share if asked.

|SSG Richard L. Smallwood-Roberts||RE: Frederic T. Jackman|
He's not listed in the Soldier's and Sailors database. He's also not listed in the Roster of Volunteers, Wisconsin. Which means he was Militia. Not Federal, but he served. He wouldn't be listed as a vet in the History of Rock County otherwise. There are several in the same boat as he is. Every man I've identified from the Civil War in Oak Hill was a vet, including Jackman. I don't do this for my health, or to collect things. When did you serve? Why do you do what you do? I do it to honor them. My source is a little known book that lists all the Civil War vets buried there circa 1900, based on what THEY knew then, not what you can find. Neither of us was alive then.

You have my permission to use any photo I post. I do not need or want recognition. Sorry for the delayed response. My last 3 months have been consumed with taking care of my elderly father.

Feel free to use any of my photos you come across that pertain to your family. Judy

Hi Vicki, It has been a while since you transferred me ownership of my relative Reuben Sprague #15787425. I was curious if you would be willing to delete the photo you have attached to his memorial. There is a 5 photo limit on Find A Grave and we just recently have had newer, higher quality photos we would like to add to his memorial.
Again thanks for all of your hard work and for allowing me to be the administrator of my ancestors records.

I can not find any source with the name of Hyatt. Maybe her maiden name is Harris, instead of her middle name. So sorry for the confusion. Have a great day. janet

Of course you can use the photographs.
|Rebecca Wright||RE: Sidney, Maria & Silas Wright|
Oh well, it's still always nice to meet a Wright! Thanks again for your help and I will certainly give you credit for the nice photo you took of their marker.
