Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am an amateur Photographer. I love doing Genealogy. I also love the Old cemetaries. I thought what better way to express myself.

I was surprised when I came across my cousins graves online. Since I could not go there personally I was pleased to be able to visit.

I then became a volunteer .

When I take Photos I like to capture the dates as clearly as possible. I approach from a Genealogy/ History standpoint. I also photograph the pic the way I hope to see my loved ones displayed, with Respect and clear dates whenever possible.

Hi Elaina
On June 13 2012 I requested a memorial transfer. Cindy M Augusta. Cindy is my niece. I hope the Bio photo doesn't offend you, i use that photo instead of my real photo because i was barred from one of the cemeteries in my neighbhood for taken photos, they told me it's private property.
Thanking you In advance. BillyPhipps.

George & Matilda Gough
Hello. Found their photos and have information I'd appreciate you add. Thanks, Cindy

George Gouge # 41291032

B: Trenton, Oneida, NY

Son of Jacob and Mary Gouge. He was fairly well educated in the schools near his home. When about eighteen years of age he learned the blacksmith's trade. Wishing to better his condition financially, he decided to move to Wisconsin. There he speculated largely in land, which he later sold for a good profit, and returned to NY. Hearing of the beautiful county in and around Hamptonburgh, he came to Orange County. For over 22 years he operated a creamery, operating in partnership with Nathaniel Woodhull. He also bought one hundred and forty acres of productive land, and he divided his attention between it and the creamery.

Mr. Gouge was a prominent man in his town. Served for a time as Town Supervisor. Member of First Presbyterian Church of Hamptonburgh. Husband of Matilda Booth.

Matilda Booth Gouge #41291100

Daughter of Jesse and Hilah Hawkins Booth, a well-to-do residents of Hamptonburgh. Wife of George Gouge. A devoted member of the First Presbyterian Church of Hamptonburgh, located at Campbell Hall. Mrs. Gouge was a very liberal contributor.

RE: Cemetery Office
I think it's Chester... too bad that it's from before record keeping... I'll keep my eyes open for it just in case. Thanks for the update!

St Columba cemetery
hi there--saw your problem report for the cemetery. I've done a few photo requests there in the past and found the office very helpful in locating plots. They're not computerized on the old stuff but seem to be able to find most anything...
