My interest in Find-A-Grave comes from my interest in ancestry research. I take photographs of memorials because others have taken photographs for me. |

|Meredith Small||STOKER Family graves in Tunstall Cemetery|
I have been doing some research to try to locate the graves which you requested in Tunstall Cemetery - I have found the burial records at the Stoke-on-Trent Archives but they do not give location information, unfortunately... I hope to receive some information from a lady I've had recommended to me at the Bereavment Services very soon.
The cemetery itself is close to where I live & I often visit it, not just to record burials & photograph headstones, but to spend time in the peace of the place... it's a lovely cemetery! I hope to find the grave or graves soon & share the pictures with you!
Best wishes with your own work & research!
Warmly ~Meredith x
|Kris D||Your photo request for George Tillotson|
I added photos to Dr. George, died 1838. He was the Rev War Patriot, and his age is shown as 84 on his stone but it could easily be mistaken for 81. Your request for George that died 1851 we could not find, but there is a broken stone that looks to be from the mid-1800's next to Dr. George. We searched for the rest of it unsuccessfully. We do have a photo of the stub (no lettering); if they are related perhaps he was buried next to him. Let me know if you want me to post that photo.

I added the info that you sent.

Thanks for the updates on Dr. George Tillotson.
Since the dates are consistent with age 84, I'm wondering if when they surveyed the stone they read 84 as 81.
Please send future updates through the "edit" button- makes it easier all around.
by the way, my purpose in taking pix is very much like yours. folks have helped my wife and me, so i try to help in return.
|Terry McKenna||RE: Thanks|
welcome. anytime i see a request from a cemetery that I have not visited, I try to go there quickly. this one is only 9 miles away (though actually tricky, since "Milton" really does not exist anymore. and cemetery is no adjacent to the Church.)
the stones were well marked and the cemetery easy to deal with.

I'll be glad to add links to their children if you'll tell me who they are. Also, I wonder if you might get Lyle to add his original picture to both memorials--it'll be a lot easier to read. (Your copy is out of focus for some reason.)
|Cindy Cornwell McCachern||Thank You|
Thanks for the Cornwell grave marker photos.
|Jeff G.||Thanks - we tried.|
Thanks for looking for Richard Redding's burial spot at Gulf Pines Memorial Park. I was hoping you wouldn't be going on a wild goose chase - again, I really appreciate your trying.

|Roanho||Thanks for Photo of Fr. Callahan|
Many thanks for your efforts. I beleive there are several other priests and brothers buried close to Fr.Callahan- I'll try to get requests on them as well!
