As I get older, I realize the importance of remembering those who have gone on before us. This is a wonderful way to remember these souls and to pass on to future generations a little bit of history about our ancestors. They who paved the way for us.....|

It's quite difficult to find burial spots online. You need to know where somebody lived and then find the funeral home or the church where the funeral took place and go from there. I live in Central New York now.

The cemetery is called Riensberg. No, I am sorry, I have no further information about Mrs. Taubhorn.
Have a nice day.

Thank you for your comments on Oliver. However, as noted on the page, his bio is pending. I have not had a chance to transfer the data in a narrative from the Elm Springs Tree to his memorial. Posting data without source and citation can cause errors. Research was on-going when I set the memorial. Thank you again. -- dennis

Yes! Will send it email in jpeg format.

I am trying to determine if I have a relationship to this person (2x great grandmother). Do you have any conclusive proof she was married to John Young Reed (1818-1864) and that they had 6 children, including a William Rufus Reed (1860-1947), my great grandfather. The 1880 census shows a Martha E Reed living with William R Reed and Amos F. B. Reed. In 1900, she is living with William and his family in Texas. A number of family trees have this relationship. However, the birth dates are different for these two Martha Reeds although there often errors in these records.
Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

I added his parents names in the bio. As far as his place of birth his death record and the 1940 census both say he was born in Texas.
I also linked him to the memorial you created today for his first spouse..

Thank you for providing the additional information about the Kings. Please let me know if you'd like for me to transfer management of their memorials to you.

Hello, he is my third cousin 3 x removed. The Schwalbe's married into my Teague side which descended from the Young's. Hope that helps! :-)

Hi Karen, I saw the photo request you put in and I thought he was connected to the Waughs I just added. I checked and he is at Guilford Memorial Park according to his death certificate. This record can be viewed at www.familysearch.org
Most likely he is right there in section 6 with those family members. It is possible I missed his marker when I was there!..or there is not one for him. I will go back and look again when I go back if I do not have a photo already in my files.
I have thousands of photos! That is an enormous cemetery. Its impossible to find one individual if you do not have a plot location. I do not even try to fill the requests there unless someone gets a plot location.
If it turns out there is no marker for him besides the family marker I can add that photo for your memorial but I did not want to do that until I figure it out so your photo request will stay active.

Hello again! Thanks for the information. I found two of the six listed! I had to send requests to the two contributors who created the memorials, to do the linking, so we'll have to wait for that....
