|Karen Norrod||RE: Nancy Kee Davis|
I wish I could have found her! There were some "Keese" buried there also--I had to stop and do a double look (thinking it was a version of Kee at first glance!) Anyway, sorry I didn't find Nancy...

I had some information passed on to me by somebody who saw us communicating about Nancy Kee Davis. Is there an email address I can forward it to (I received an email from her.) Or if you don't want to publicly publish your email address, can you send it to me at email@example.com?

I had "claimed" to look for Nancy Davis' grave at the Corn Hill cemetery. Unfortunately my parents had some health issues and I was unable to and it expired. If nobody else claims it, I still intend to honor it and drive up to the Jarrell area and look for you. I just wanted you to know. I hate that I allowed it to expire but things just happened that I could not control and I apologize. But I will take care of it for you if nobody else claims it first! I love that area--I owned a house there before I had to sell it in order to move closer to my parents in Round Rock. Karen

Just taking pics. Sorry

I am so glad I could help. She was right beside her husband, but the stone was broken and in bad shape. It probably was on the ground when you went to visit. :)

I am sure the death certificate is right but since there are 3 Highland Cemeteries in Knoxville, they are probably in one of the two other ones. You might want to call them and check. Sure they could look it up for you.
|Mitch||RE: Washam and Humphrey|
You're quite welcome. The Union County Cemeteries Association's records show that both individuals are indeed buried there, just without an engraved stone. Also, in their records I believe Sarrah Humphrey is listed as Sarrah Humphries. Just thought that bit of info might be of use to you.
Sorry I couldn't be more help!

Thank you for comment. The bio explains why only Hammond Fowlers name is on the gravestone. Hazel is buried in 1/2 of the grave, Hammond is not.
