Due to many ongoing health reasons right now, I am not able to do any research and making corrections is very hard. |
If you are related to any of the entries I have made and would like them transferred to you please ask.
Others will be transferred to a good friend of mine and she will be maintaining them.
If you have sent me an e-mail requesting changes, there will be many times I away from my computer now -- so it may be delayed. Please be patient with me.
You can contact me by e-mail too at email@example.com

I was reading your note about the grave stone of Martha Young, and you mentioned that there is a footstone marked JWY.
This is Jacob W. Young, the husband of Martha! He was a Revolutionary War Patriot ... served in the Continental Navy as a Privateer. He received a pension.
Your discovery opens up the possibility of getting his grave marked with a VA stone!
Were you able to save the footstone? Is it still on site?

Thank you so much for the transfer Rick.
I am having a hard time locating his granddaddy William (Billy) Carter Duberry ! I believe he is buried at Arlington in Mt. Pleasant but haven't been there to check it out. When Billy Carter's dau. Vivian Duberry Adcock died my sister told me she was buried next to her daddy. I know she was buried at Arlington?
Do you know?
Thanks for any help
