|Jay Loudermilk||Sarah S. Loudermilk|
Hi I notced you visited Solomon Winfield Loudermilks memorial. You stated he was the husband of your 1st cousin 5x removed. Sarah Starns Loudermilk is my 3rd great grandmother. You may know that although she is not buried in Lowdermilk Cemetery. She is buried in Engle cemetery in Carlisle Indiana actually just a few miles south of Lowdermilk Cemetery. She is was the daughter of Joseph Starns I believe.she is buried with a daughter actually 2 daughters one by the name of Saharh C.Holder. I visit both Cemataries often and help to maintain the grave sites. I am trying to find any pictures of Soloman & Sarah. Which has been difficult for me to locate anyone that would have any stashed away. My goal also is to post a picture of Lowdermilk Cemetery on Find A Grave. I will do this this summer in nicer weather. It sounds like we are related and it's always good to find these things out. If there is anything I can help you with just let me know.
|Gary E Gray||Robert Preston Tubb|
Hello, my name is Gary E. Gray, a direct descendant of Robert Preston Tubb. My maternal grandfather is Cecil Henry Tubbs, whose father was William David Tubb, the son of Robert Preston Tubb.
I noticed you left a message on Robert Preston Tubb's FindAGrave.com memorial page, # 32439689
Do you happen to have a picture of Robert Preston Tubb? If so, would you mind emailing to me an image of that picture at email@example.com or posting on the FindAGrave.com memorial?

@ Hopewell Cemetery. Hi Shirley, just wondered how you have a connection? Our world becomes smaller all the time. Arent we connected thru Ayers, Ayres?
|Rebecca Rose||Troy Vaughan|
Troy is/was my maternal grandfather; his granddaughter from his youngest daughter. He passed away 2 days shy of me turning two months; I am now 37. I have seen a picture of him in his Cracker Jacks with my grandmother and would always wonder what kind of man he was, other than the stories my mother and aunts would tell me. Did you know of him or his family?

I assure you, while I have never lost a child, I think I can somewhat relate to what you go through, if on a different level. You owe me nothing, did not even owe me thanks but it is noted and appreciated. I flower a great many more memorials than I am able to sponsor and, aside form family, I generally focus on veterans for sponsorship but this, I felt, was a special case and no less worthy than any other. Our judicial system lets us down far more often than should be the case. Just keep it in mind that you are in the thoughts and prayers of others. I find myself just lately focusing much more on the community aspects of this site than on the grave registration, though it is also very important. The only way we ever can truly pay back a kindness is by paying it forward and that doesn't mean that it has to be through sponsorship of a memorial. You pay it forward already when you visit and flower memorials of those who obviously get few or no visitors.
