|Jan Lange||RE: Elizabeth Martin West|
I was glad to see the will information for James Martin which I had not yet discovered. The reason I did not link my 5th Great-grandmother to James, my 6th Great-grandfather, was I do have some documentation for his birth year, but primarily because there is no cemetery noted on the memorial. There are legitimate problems with Burial Unknown and Find A Grave guidelines discourage it. Most notably, the Burial Unknown can cause duplicate memorials when someone finds his actual grave site but the Burial Unknown does not come up in the location search. See FAQs for guidelines.
("How do I add a memorial when I'm not sure what cemetery they are buried?
This is similar to adding a memorial for cremation. Do not create a new cemetery which does not exist in order to add these memorials. Location of body unknown should be used for recent deaths where the disposition is not currently known. Final disposition should be determined and updated within 30 days.") Thank you for bringing the will to my attention.

Howdy, Yes my husband's family and he is a native Wacoan. I was thinking of requesting transfer of Pauline. Is that possible? Unless you are family to her also.
If possible my Contributor # is 48395236.
Thanks so much, have a blessed day.

TB, It was an honor to sit with Jeff, pull grass from around his grave, sweep it off and take the photo. Afterwards I thanked him for his service to us, our nation and gave him a salute. He's located at Section M, Row 2, Grave 18 if you'd like to update his plot location. Take Care and have a great upcoming week. In Your Service, Allen

Great find! Just a little checking, and I see, yes, you're right. Thanks for passing that along.

You are very welcome! :)
|Edwin Kuehn||RE: Andrew Jackson Ish|
It is a fluke that I added him and spouse to Find A Grave. I was walking thru the cemetery in June 2011 looking for 2 Goode children that had drowned in the Brazos River in the 1915-1920 timeframe. I did find one of them but the Ish marker grabbed my eye and took some pictures. When I got home and checked there were no memorials so I established complete with photos. 1 or 2 others have provided some family links which shows that people do look in Find A Grave. They find some ancestor in there and provide more info. I love the site.
