|Maria Sandidge||Eva Martinez Armenta|
Hi, I'm looking to clarify the name of Eva Martinez' mother. You have her listed as Cleofes Arisno Martinez. I cannot find any family with the name of Arisno in Colorado. I did find a Cleofes Madrid though. If you can, will you let me know how you came about finding her last name. I would just like to make sure that the information that I have is correct and if not then please direct me to the correct name.
Thank you !!
|Iheartgenealogy||Eva Martinez Armenta|
Hi Jolene - On the entry for Eva Martinez Armenta (1892 - 1985, died in Pueblo County, Co) you have her parents listed as Valentine & Cleofes (Arisno) Martinez. Can you please share the information you have on Cleofes maiden name of Arisno? We had a different last name of "Madrid" or "Madril" for her maiden name and we would like to pin down the correct info.
|Norma Sollman||Calvin & Mae Crouse|
The daughter of Calvin & Mae Crouse, Margaret Hortense Crouse Hawkins is buried at Evergreen Cemetery, Wayne Co, IA #78678146. She is my mother's first cousin.
|Norma Sollman||Henry Wade Crouse 21387065|
Henry Wade Crouse is my great-grandfather. I wanted to inform you that his oldest daughter, Christena Crouse Hart is also buried at Oaklawn Cemetery. Henry Wade & Mary Catherine Hoyleman Crouse's oldest son was Roy, who died at age 3. Grandma Christena (Tena) said he was buried at Zoar Cemetery. She tried to find his grave there but could not. Apparently there is no stone for him. Grandma Christena (Tena) was his second child, then Calvin, which you have listed, Alva, who married Sylvia Hart and buried at St Paul Cemetery, Mercer Co, Mo # 40216283, then Aunt Gertie Taff, who you have listed.

FYI :-).... I do think that even this reply will go to your posting board. I am sorry for that. It says at the top as I am relying to you, "Leave a public Message". You do not list your email so I couldn't send you a message other than posing on your board. I felt I should reply to you to thank you for looking into the concern I had so quickly.
What I do get when I try to send a correction on the form on a grave you manage is this message. "This contributor has their email address set to be not visible. Please contact them by filling out the public form below."
The sites that have their emails for message say:
"Please read: Please click on the above link to send an email directly to the contributor who created the memorial. Clicking on the email link should open a new email message to the contributor using your default email program. Please enter your suggested changes to this memorial in the 'Suggestion' section of the default email text that appears when you click the link."
I do thank you for your help. I see you transferred the grave into my name. I will get it up to date. Unfortunately, I have not found her mother's grave as of yet. I do know where she died. I will still put up a page and say UNKNOWN burial site. Thanks again... Candy

Sorry, I didn't know how to contact you any other way. Do forgive me for posting this lengthy message here.
Grave #112780700 > I do believe is not the Glenn family you have Leona and her Husband, James connected to. The parents of Leona Mae (Glenn) Rodman were: Dr. Franklin Roosevelt Glenn Sr. and Anna (Whisamore) Glenn.
If you pull up the 'California Death Index (1940 - 1997)' you will see this information listed:
Name: Leona M Rodman
Social Security #: 569280479
Birth Date: 15 Apr 1902
Death Date: 17 Oct 1963
Death Place: Monterey
Mother's Maiden Name: *Whisamor
* Mother's name is just missing the last 'e' and matches exactly to Anna's maiden name.
You can see this information quickly if you go to the Family Research website to this web page: https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:VGRJ-VQH
BTW there two other "Find a Grave" web pages up for both Leona and her husband, James. See below those links. They have not connected family to either of them as you have. However, I am working on that now. I have found their children and siblings. I just need to get it all up at "Find a Grave."
LEONA > http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=127177860&ref=acom
JAMES > http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GSln=Rodman&GSiman=1&GScid=8055&GRid=127177834&
Please let me know if you have information that can dispute what I have found. I would love to have it. Anne Whisamore is my GG aunt on my father's- mother's side.
|Alice-Marie Brady||RE: Name Correction|
They were probably just mistaken. It is confusing since he named his son Johnathan Theodore. But his daughter (my grandmother) and his grandson (my father) both told me his name was Theo.
|Alice-Marie Brady||Name Correction|
Hello, I was looking at your entry for Theo Crouse of Wray, Colo (1911-1984) and you say his first name was Theodore. But his name was Theo. His daughter and grandson confirmed this for me.

Our pleasure Jolene! I wish they notified profile managers too!

I'm trying to find out if Wesley Chapman, that passed in 2000, buried at Ft. Logan, is the same man that worked for my father at Ray's Metal Fabricators through the 60's and 70's.
