Bio Photo I have been tracing my family for more than 30 years and love helping others with their family research. I am willing to transfer ownership to direct family members of any memorials I have transcribed. I hope it helps someone as well as preserves their ancestors gravesites before they are lost to time.

Edward W. & Evelyn L. (Gonia) Peaslee
Subject memorials at Oak Grove Cemetery, Gardiner, ME., created by you, are family members on my paternal grandmother's side. Evelyn was my father's first cousin and a very close family member through the years. I would be most grateful if you would agree to transfer management of their memorials to me. I would like to add biographical details. A photo of Evelyn has already been added. I would do the same for Dr. Peaslee.
Many thanks,

RE: Orrin and Emma Moulton
Thank you for your kind explanation.

Does that make us 3rd cousins?

Ruth Leach Field
Done! Between the St Albans marriage record and the death record for son Francis, it is proven enough for me! :)
Let me know if you ever figure out which Leech in Minot is her father...
I may be in South Paris in August looking up other distant relatives and might have to drop over to Minot.

Ruth Field
Hi, Can you give me the source for the requested edit for her maiden name? I've looked on and other sources to link Ruth to the Leeches/Leaches who came to St Albans from Minot (per her birthplace on her death certificate) but have found no conclusive data.
A Ruth Riggs married John Leech/Leach, the parents of brothers Elijah/John-who both moved to St Albans from Minot. But tho it appears very likely that Ruth Field was Ruth Leech, given her place of birth and first name, I can (as yet) find no hard evidence. Thanks.
