The memorial that you have used an image from my book for ...is one for Civil War Soldier Samuel Curtis Smith who is on another contributors page.
He is buried in Kansas and served in the Maine Calvary. Originally from Alfred Maine.
I'm not sure how to better identify this page.
Please credit the Brick Store Museum in Kennebunk Maine for the image you have submitted.
