Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have always loved walking through cemeteries. I also have been working on my families genealogy for the last 8 years and find this to be a great tool.

There are many graves that I have done in New Jersey that are relatives of mine. Anyone looking for information is welcome to e-mail me. Some of the surnames I am researching are; Druger, Kirk, Hahs, Golden, Drake, Vento, Titus, Blackwell, Cummins, Hart and Hunt.

Several of the graves I have done are hard to read or in various languages. If anyone has any corrections or additions, please e-mail me and I will gladly make any changes.

RE: Abner Hart
Please disregard my previous note. I don't know WHAT the heck I wa looking at. The will was proved in 1855 NOT 1854.
Sorry for the note!

RE: Abner Hart
Hi Anne, Was wondering if you could add a note to Abner Hart's memorial (memorial #30471585) in Pennington Cemetery, NJ. I found his will which was probated on July 25, 1854 Wills, Vol A-B, 1838-1856. So his date on his headstone is incorrect. The will can be found on line in under New Jersey Wills, Probate Records 1656-1999.
Thank you very much.

I sent this obit for inclusion in April, did you get it?

Please cut and paste this to the bio section:

Daily Local News, West Chester, Chester County, Pa
January 11, 1899

MERCER- In Caln township, January 8, 1899, Sara G., wife of I. Morgan Mercer, aged 59 years and two days.

Relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral on Thursday, January 12 at 11 o'clock, from the residence of her husband. To proceed to Grove M. Cemetery. Carriages will meet the morning trains at Downingtown.

January 9, 1899

Sarah Mercer

Yesterday Sarah, wife of Isaac Morgan Mercer, died at the residence of her husband, in Caln township. Death resulted from grip and a complication of diseases chief of which was pulmonary troubles.

A husband and five children survive the deceased, as follows: Ella, wife of Warren Stevens, of Berwyn; Carrie, wife of Samuel MacDonald, of Philadelphia; May, wife of Frank B. Ludwick, of Guthriesville; William, recently married to a daughter of Isaac Hurtz (sic), of Thorndale, and Thomas, who is single and at home. Deceased was a daughter of the late Matthew Billiland (sic), of East Bradford. She was fifty-nine years of age and was a popular and benevolent woman , who was good to all.

*Note: The tombstone says death year 1898, but the obit says 1899.

Let me know when you added it, so I can remove my photo.

Joseph Wilkes
I see you have this burial record for Joseph Wilkes in Riverview Cemetery in Trenton and added my pictures to it. I reviewed the records at Riverview and, while Joseph's name is on the monument, they have no record of his interment with the rest of the family in that gravesite. I'm not sure he is actually buried there.

HI, Ann,
You took a photo of the Regester stone in the East Brandywine Baptist Cemetery recently. Do you know who you took it for? Thanks so much.
