The copyright of all photos posted to Find A Grave remains with the original submitter. No use of photos for any other website or personal use is given without prior consent of the original submitter.

Per my previous requests, remove ALL the photos that you have taken from Ancestry.com. The originals are in the possession of myself and other family members.

Every once in a while you get a nasty person like that person. If I were you I would leave the picture up and tell her to go pound sand. That picture was originally taken well over 100 years ago and I doubt they have a publishing right to it. She was even to lazy to look up the contact information for Findagrave to file a complaint. If you would like, I'll transfer the memorial to you.

Charles C. Hansen is my great uncle. The photo that was uploaded by Shawn Timm was taken from my Ancestry.com Family Tree. The entire photo is a group shot of C. Hansen's family. I personally did the crop to make a portrait of Charles for Ancestry.com.

Please remove the photo.
Is there a process where this can be reported to F.A.G.?

I'm not doing anything as I am not the dispute resolver, but even if you did borrow the picture, I think she give genealogist a bad name.
