Bio and Links
Bio Photo Born at Grove, Delaware, OK. Age 71.
Cancer survivor since May 2000, Cancer free since Feb. 2006.
Have done genealogy for 8 yrs.

I am researching the families of Baty, Sixkiller, George, Meadows, my grand parents. Included with these are Pollan, Proffitt, Hannon, Blevins, Dunn, Seabolt, Phelps and many others that were married into these lines.

Also researching my wifes relatives to include Ponder, Dye, Brown, Jones and like wise many others that married into these lines.

I leave my name only so others may write to me for further info, if they should like.

Most entries that I have made thus far are either relatives or close friends.

Have many, many others to enter as time permits.

We were visiting Del Rio, TX, and I took quite a few headstone photos in the Masonic Cemetery. Raymond and Callie Ross's headstone photos were among them. Pam

FaG for Daisy M. Dye Pitts
Dear Mr. Baty: Hi! Thanks so much for adding my grandparents, Daisy and Chester Pitts, to the Find-a-Grave site. I do see a little change that needs to be made, however. Grandma (Daisy Mildred) was actually born on October 10th, not the 6th. Believe me, I understand how easy it can be to transpose numbers when you are gathering lots of information. Thanks again! I'm going to locate photos of them to add as well. Thanks so much! Geneva and Debbie B.

Wayne had two brain surgery's he died of a brain tumor that grew like tree roots that is why he died, they could not remove them all. Before he ever became sick he took my mother and I to Butler Cemetery and told us he wanted to be buried there, I ask him if he wanted to be buried by a tree, he said no he wanted the birds to fly over his grave and be near Grand Lake, he said he felt at peace at Butler Cemetery. Of course he was so young we never thought we would have to honer his wishes so soon.

Wayne has One daughter, 2 grand-children and 4 Great-grandchildren. HE was a very sweet and kind man and love by all, he will always be missed.
