Family genealogist. Just doing memorials for my direct lineage currently.
My memorials will change as I update info. Copy at your own risk. What is on them now, may be different tomorrow. IF I find something is wrong, I correct it. If you find something incorrect, please let me know.
Please do not copy my family photos, as all the photos on my memorials are of my family members, from family photo albums.
Thanks to my sisters, also Karon Dunafin, Chris Yoder and Valarie Bunn for attaching photos for me.
I am currently trying to get all the family members connected on Find A Grave.
Descendent of John Leader, Edward Garfield. Thomas Seamans, Thomas Touchette, Lewis Jones, John "The Puritan" Bridge, Nicholas Danforth, Joseph Carder, etc.

Lost Souls (Shumaker Mead)
Nancy,
I found Emma Marie Shumaker Mead and her husband Henry Eugene Mead on your list of Lost Souls. Are you related to them? Emma is my Great Great Aunt, my mother's Great Aunt. If you are looking for someone to take over their Find A Grave memorials I can do that. I will need to do some learning about how to maintain the memorials but I can handle that. Just let me know...

Thanks,

Jan McBride

Hi Nancy

I think I have fulfilled all your photo requests from Hudson Corners except one so far. My notices from Find A Grave have not been coming through since the mess last week.Hope you are enjoying a nice summer.

I noticed your posting on Find A Grave. We have family members buried there. If you need pictures taken of any of the gravesites for the people you are looking for, let me know. My husband and I would be happy to take the pictures and have them posted under the Hudson's Corner page.

RE: Carder memorial 127820191
Thanks for the info, I transferred my pics over to the Memorials of Dennison & Mary and deleted mine. I'm always happy to put names to an "unknown" plot. Marion

RE: Namgis Burial Ground
Alert Bay Cormorant Island Cemetery
Vancouver Island Region, British Columbia
Alert Bay lies cradled in the arms of Cormorant Island, easily accessible by a scenic ferry ride from Port McNeill on the northeast coast of Vancouver Island.
Memorial totem poles may be viewed from the road at the Namgis Burial Grounds, an old native cemetery and one of the few remaining locations on the BC coast where totems remain undisturbed on their original site. The grounds of the burial site are closed to the public, but the totem poles are easily viewed from the roadside. Pick up a brochure at the Info Centre for background information on the totem poles.

RE: Effie Colborn
You are welcome. Sorry Effy's stone was broken off... but there was something symbolic of leaning against her parents' grave. John
