|AS OF MAY 3, 2013, I WILL NO LONGER HONOR REQUESTS FOR CHANGES OR TRANSFERS DONE FROM THIS PAGE. YOU MUST GO THROUGH THE MEMORIAL PAGE YOU WANT WITH THE WHITE EDIT BUTTON. IT TAKES OVER 4 TIMES AS LONG FOR ONE DONE FROM THIS PAGE, AS I HAVE TO LOOK EVERYTHING UP. I HAVE OVER 50,000 MEMORIALS TO TAKE CARE OF, AND CAN NO LONGER DO IT THIS WAY. I AM HAPPY TO HONOR REQUESTS THROUGH THEIR PAGE. THANKS-JOYCE|
I was born and raised in Benton, Franklin Co, IL, and am currently in Denver, CO. Since everyone is long distance these days, I think FindAGrave is the best connector for cem info.
If anyone sees a pic that is their family, just let me know and I'll be glad to transfer ownership to these. Most are not my family, especially in Fairmount, Denver, CO.
If you would like information added, or person transferred, please do it from the white edit button on their page when signed in. That gives me the infomation I need, and I don't have to go looking for their numbers or names. If the only request is on my bio page, it may not be answered.
However, if you are not immediate family, please do not have me transfer them to you, only to delete them. I have worked hard on this. If it is your immediate family, and you choose to delete it, I have no problem with that. I put these up so extended family can find the info they need.
I'm changing my email address Feb 2014, so hope this isn't a problem. It will still show on my pages.

I don't believe this George Johnson is your great grandfather as the stone is inscribed "Son of G. W. & E. J. Johnson", implying that he was not married. In addition, the marker shows he died in 1870 at the age of 20.

You are wrong on the bio for Robert w. Woodbury. You are referring to Roger Woodbury, Civil War Veteran who is buried in Riverside Cemetery.
Besides I originally had this entered on my record for Find a Grave as it is in my family so I can't figure out how you can change it to your record.

Thank you very much for updating my 3rd cousin's profile, additionally I just sent another request for a name update to Zella Armes Cornell McClave. She and her mother have been elusive alas they have been found. Find A Grave is awesome. Thanks for being a contributor/manager. Bill Preston
|Robert Aldrine||Emma Aldrin|

Thanks, I am not directly related to the Glenski family. A cousin married son Leo Glenski.

Joyce, My connection with the Shockleys came through Florence Owens. Florence married Theodore Shockley & they are buried in the Masonic & Odd Fellows Cmt in Benton Ill.
Florence Owens Shockley mother & father were Harriet Zimmora Hurst Owens & Robert Logan Owens. They are buried in the Franklin Cmt at Whittington, Frankln County Ill.
Harriet Hurst Owens mother & father was Aaron & Malissa Wilkerson Hurst buried in Franklin Cmt at Whittington.
My connection is through Aaron Hurst. Aaron was a brother to my great grandfather Levi Hurst.
Does these Shockley names seem familiar to you????
