RE: Frank and Era Manning
You are welcome. But that last sentence is sad and so scary. Although you and I are in full agreement on it. I have seen soooo many graves and I don't mean hundred year old ones, where it is obvious the family could just care less.
Enjoy and take care of them.

RE: re: Foster Alexander Sondley
I never assumed that you failed to search for an existing memorial for Foster Sondley, before you created the one that you now possess.
I am also fully aware that the other member placed Foster in the wrong cemetery. Her intentions were good I'm sure, but she and others sometimes fail to click on the correct cemetery when creating a new memorial. Bottom line is, the initial memorial gets to stay and the duplicates end up getting chopped.
As for changing or editing the burial site; I know for a fact that the burial location can be altered without deleting the memorial. I have done this myself, since I deal with abandoned grave sites more than the average graver does.
Don't know about others getting any particular type of preferential treatment on here, but with any volunteer organization, it can happen. I don't play any of those games, therefore it is inconsequential to me. Thank you for expressing your concerns.

When I entered the numbers, I didn't leave any blank spaces. I asked my husband to see if he could convert it and he said that your way was the correct format. I even tried to enter a zero in the first three digits as a place holder and it still didn't take it. It's really frustrating and I'm sure it's an easy fix that I'm just missing.

I tried to convert the coordinates to fit Find A Grave luck. I have sent a note to Find a Grave asking for their assistance. Other than that, I'm at a loss. If you can convert to their format, let me know. Otherwise I will wait to hear from them how to do this.

I've also deleted the other photo request that you stated were unmarked graves there, so they won't stay up there.

Thank you

The way you posted it is fine with me. Too confusing for me to figure out how to convert your coordinates to the format Find a Grave uses. If you can convert it, let me know and I'll add it.

You e-mailed me with the coordinates for Daisy Ward. I tried to enter the long. and lat. and was given the following message:

•Coordinates are not in the proper format. Please enter the coordinates using the decimal format (ddd.ddddd).

These are coordinates you provided:

Lat: 35.673401, Lon: -82.595354.

Let me know the correct ones and I'll be glad to enter them.
