I am in Michigan. I am not related to 99.999% of my entries, but have added them with the hope that other researchers who have come to a dead end may be helped. With respect to those entries, I have no other information available as I have tried to include as much info as I have.
PROCEDURES FOR LINKS, ADDING OR CHANGING INFO, TRANSFERS:
Please do not be offended, but for a number of reasons, including the volume of requests, I transfer memorials in accordance with Find A Grave's published guidelines. If you request a transfer, please be sure to include your relationship to the person who is the subject of the memorial. I cannot respond to transfer requests for all memorials with the same surname in a cemetery or to requests for a large number of memorials with the same surname.
If there are entries which need to be linked, please send the info to me via the correction/EDIT option or Suggest a Change (SAC) in the upper right corner and I will add the links. Also, if you would like me to add information to a memorial, please forward the relevant info via the SAC option for the quickest response.
If there is information in a memorial concerning a living person which you would like removed, please send me a request via the SAC option.
PLEASE DO NOT send transfer requests, relationship links or additional information for memorials via the public messages option. I do not make changes sent to my profile page. PLEASE USE THE EDIT TAB LOCATED IN THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER OF THE MEMORIAL.
OBITUARIES: Find A Grave has updated its policy concerning the use of obituaries in memorials (See: "Can I add an obituary to my interment listing?" under the Frequently Asked Questions section). If you send a request asking that an obituary be added, please be sure to confirm in your message that you have complied with the policy or I will not be able to add it.
Generally, I do not link to unknown burials. Nor do I add raw US Census or similar records, preferring instead to add information in sentences.
Many thanks for the kind notes, thank yous, flowers and tokens which are left on the memorials. It is rewarding to know that my work has helped someone.

|Karen ||KATIE MCCARTHY|
I have a photo of her marker, but having trouble posting it. Some points till then: Marker says:
KATIE, WIFE OF
H. J. McCARTHY
AUG 2, 1907
AGED 38 YRS
DANIEL, SON OF
H.J. & KATIE
AUG 21, 1906
AGED 20 days.
H.J. WAS BURIED ON 12-13-1924 IN GRAVE 1; KATIE WAS BURIED ON 8-5-1907 IN GRAVE 2; DANIEL WAS BURIED ON 8-19-1907 IN GRAVE 3. CEMETERY RECORDS LIST "BABY McCARTHY" BURIED IN GRAVE 3 (NO SEX SPECIFIED). ALTHOUGH MARKER STATES DANIEL DIED IN 1906, THE CEMETERY RECORDS STATE BABY WAS BURIED 1907. THE DATE OF KATIE'S AND DANIEL'S DEATHS HINT THAT SHE MAY HAVE DIED AS A RESULT OF CHILDBIRTH? I WILL KEEP TRYING TO LOAD HER STONE; LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT ME TO MAKE A SEPERATE ENTRY FOR DANIEL.

Hi Twist, thanks for bringing the duplicate with the incorrect name to my attention. I have been researching the pages that Pat Kaszubowski created from cemetery records and had them both for that reason. I sent the Neil Gordon page back to her to delete it and added the links to the Gordon Neil page. I have been researching her pages on and off for nearly a year now and many of her pages link to yours. I wanted to thank you for all your efforts creating pages. I have found many of my ancestors on both of your pages, most of them in Evergreen Cemetery in Alpena. I, like you, hope that the links and additional info I have located in records help others find their families too. Thanks for processing the numerous edits I have been sending you in a timely manner. Thanks again and take care, James Robinson
|Descendants of Early Settlers||Albert J. Rhodes, # 117433136|
Albert was married to Josephine (Seelinger) Rhodes, #117433188 as you have listed.
Margaret (Baldwin) Rhodes, #117434203, was the mother of Albert J. Rhodes.
Apparently, I made an error when I was originally trying to link Albert with his parents; Ernest and Margaret.
Thank you, Marty #48409992
|Descendants of Early Settlers||Margaret Rhodes #117434203|
Margaret was only married to Ernset Royal Rhodes. Albert J. Rhodes was her son. I have put a edit on Albert J. Rhodes's site to correct the error.
|Carol Harmon||Solomon Gardner|
Are you related to Solomon Gardner of Port Huron Michigan. Are you the person who wrote the biograph of him in the memorial. Do you know who he was married to? I have another Rev Solomon Gardner who lived in Oakland CO. I found a marriage record for a Solomon Gardner and a Olive A Barrow/Barron. Not sure which Solomon this belongs to. Can you help?
