Marcia Moyer
Henry J Moyer-Exeter Cemetery
My name is Marci Moyer. You have a memorial for Henry J Moyer. He was my husbands great grandfather. It took me 2 years to find him. I knew he was buried at the Exeter Cemetery, and I made several calls to Exeter with no results. Thanks so much for adding him.
I have some info if you would like to add to his bio.
Henry James Moyer born: 14 Nov 1871 in Oneco, Stephenson, Illinois. Died: 5 Apr 1913 in Exeter, Fillmore, Nebraska. (This is the date that the Lincoln Journal listed in the Newspaper. The body was so decomposed, they weren't sure when he was murdered).
He is the s/o Samuel and Julia Moyer of Clarno, Green, jWisconsin.
If you could link him to his parents, future searchers will find him more easily.
Samuel Moyer Memorial # 69030660
Julian Moyer Memorial # 69030668
I see that you have done some photo request. Would it be possible to get a headstone photo?
Thanks again for adding him!!

Yes, the dates. Thanks! My great-grandfather was a brother of Esther JACKS Poore and I am trying to link the family on find a grave. I created a memorial for her today. I guess I wondered if you could see the "days" on Bertie's gravestone. I can't read them. Are you related?

Ben & Eliz Patterson
I notice that you have documented a Benjamin and Elizabeth Patterson in Ulysses Cemetery in Butler County Nebraska.

Am I to understand that they have no stones and no dates? How do you document them?

I am looking for a Benjamin and Elizabeth and have been expecting to find them in Farnam or Orafino, but have not had any success. Their son William Buchanan Patterson and wife are in the Farnam location.

Benjamin would be about 1820 - 1886
Elizabeth would be about 1812 - 1895

Thanks for the work you are doing.

Hannas family
I found 2 Hanna's that were killed in World War II and am trying to link them together. Both are from York Nebraska. Bryce E. Hanna and James R Hanna. I found out James is the son of a Dr. Edwin Hanna but so far I don't know the parents of Bryce. Thanks for anything you can do Loren.

John Chester Sandall
First of All thanks for the Photos. I am still trying to figure this one out. There is a John Chester Sandall from York killed in World War 1(1918) and we have another John Chester Sandall also from York killed in World War II(1944). I am still not sure how they are related . scratching my head. Loren

family information
Hello, I am searching for information on my mothers biological family. She was adopted out when she was 5. I have recently found a picture of a headstone on your site that I believe to be her biological father, but the last name is misspelled with one L instead of two. Is there any way you can help me figure out if this is him or not? Any information you would be able to give would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

RE: Eliza/Elizabeth Proudfit
There are several older cemeteries around Virden, I will try and look in some cemetery books we have at the Historical Society and see if I find her name anywhere. Will let you know if I do.

Martha F. Withers
Regarding Martha F. Withers in Ulysses Cemetery: I would like to know if your Find A Grave friends can provide additional information about Martha Withers and her family. She may have lived with my mother's relatives on her way to Nebraska from Missouri. Thank you!
