I love genealogy and am able to go to cemeteries over a wide range of area here in east Texas, including the counties of Gregg, Cass, Upshur, Marion, Bowie, Van Zandt, Kaufman, Cherokee and a few others. I would be happy to look for stones in these counties for anyone who needs help finding someone.

Emma Eugenia Gunn

Emma Eugenea Gunn is my great grandmother. Would you consider transferring her memorial to me?

Hi, I wondered if I could find out the names of the people in the picture on her memorial? She is my great grandmother.

I am the Great Grandson of JJ and Mrs. JJ Bice. Lillie Bice Hughes(#116090504)is my paternal grandmother (Horace Hughes is my father). I have lot's of additional info regarding JJ and wife. I could send it to you through the edit function on the memorials, but quite honestly, I'd love to have ownership of the two memorials transferred to me. However, if you are a direct descendant or just like to hold on to them, that's fine too. Please let me know your preference.

Find a grave - picture on Susan Elizabeth Elliott Seal
My cousin brought this photo to our attention and it is great! We are terribly interested in knowing who the people in the photo are, if you know. Or any other info you may have. We are assuming that you may be related to us in some distant manner.

Thank you!

Hi Randi, I've got a few questions to ask you about a picture you posted.
Hi Randi, my name is Joyce Hamilton and I see where you posted a picture (which I am quite fascinated to see) on my great grandmother's page. Here's her memorial page;

Her name is Susan Elizabeth Elliott Seal. My Dad is Graden W. Grantham and his mother is Susan's daughter. Her name is Sarah Piniece Seal Grantham (1886-1961). I shared this picture with my family on my facebook page ( and several of us have a few questions we'ed like to ask you about this picture, in which we've never seen before.

First of all, are you kin to this family?

Where did you find this picture?

Do you know if my grandmother (Sarah)is in this picture? Possibly the little girl?

Do you know the names of the people in this picture?

If this picture was given to you, who gave it to you, (would like to know if they are part of our family in some way)?

If you have any other info to add (that I haven't already ask for) please do.

I'm fairly new on findagrave, but I find it very fascinating! I can view family memorial pages back to 5 generation through this linage!

I look forward to hearing back from you soon! Thank you so much! ~Joyce~

RE: Link for Drue M. Evans
You are welcome...
I was only 9 when this disaster occurred. I am sure my parents discussed it, but I don't remember it. We were not saturated by the news back then before TV. This last week I was searching for something (I don't remember what) when I came across the Texas City disaster information. I began to research and read. What a sad tragedy.

I am sure a big part of your grandmother died that day and changed the course of her life going forward. She sounds like a wonderful grandmother. Bless her for keeping the memory of your grandfather alive. All of my grandparents had already died when I was born, so I missed a lot from not having grandparents. I have created a virtual cemetery for the Texas City victims, but it will take a while to search and find them all. It saddens me as I search...

I am referring to alpine Cemetery.
I have added my Uncle to this cemetery but looks like it has been worked by you. Is there a chance Roy could be there with an unmarked grave?
I is old died in Alpine in 1921.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Thank You

RE: BM Posey, Clark Co., Arkansas
Randi, That is so awesome. Thank you for letting me know you added that, so I could fix the date correctly. By any chance you can tell me if P. M Posey's connected to anyone else there in Bethlehem Cemetery. So I can connect them together.

Thanks again

Have a blessed day!!!
