Graqvestone for Grandmother Fuller
Hi Diane,
I went to the Syracuse Cemetery and the care taker took me to the location of "Grandmother Fuller", but there is no headstone there so I took a piece of paper and laid it on the ground where she is buried.
That is the best I can do.

Well after hours of searching I have link Josphine to her parents, and brothers nd sister. Well requested that other link the memorials. Plus I set up memorials based on information i learned, but wasn't sure of the cemetery. This can be added later.

I enjoying doing genealogy, and by helping people I pass the time. I was born disabled, and like to keep busy. After going to cemetery and finding no headstones for some, I feel that someone has to remember them. So i do it by creating these memorials. and if by chnce a family member see it I am always willing to transfer them over. after all no one wanted to be forgotten. because while they were alive they make a difference in someones live.
have a great week-end

Good News I went to the the cemetery and viewed their record cards on both Preston and Josphine. Bad news I tried to find the head stone and with the wind blowing I got cold quick. I am disabled and suffer with joint pain. I will look again when the weather allows me to. I have done some research. And viewed the New.Family Search site. Based on inform their and I took church records information, Preston died in Spokane, Spokane, Washington.
Josephine I think remarried and last name was Morford. And pass it on to you. But I show that her maiden name was Mayne. And she was born in Idaho. She died on 9/102007. As for your cousin, I contact him telling he set the memorial up in the wrong cemetery. This I confirmed by just calling the cemetery today.
also I found out the Brtother Preston Smith and Sister Josephine Smith had their married sealed in the Salt Lake City Utah Temple on 8 April 1948. and I think her previous marriage was to a Charled L. Miller. Back to my research.

I did find his death notice that says he dead in a local Hospital. Their is not a local hospital on Silver Lake. since you said that you have a copy of the Death Certificate. Scan it and post it on the Pines memorial, than contact this person and ask that they remove it. Hopefully on Friday, maybe I can drive into town and visit the other cemetery, and verify if in fact he is their. I could not find any information on Preston's wife. I could not find record of her dying in Washington. Don't worry lost is not lost yet. We will figure it out. Have a Happy Thnaksgiving.

Not all of the Interments for The Pines Cemetery are listed at Find A Grave. but I checked and found a Preston C. Smith, than checked the google newspaper archive site and found his obit in one of the Spokane newspaper. I have created memorial . but have you checked out this memorial also, Find A Grave Memorial# 33458168. It is for a Preston Smith. If these two are the same person than they have in the wrong cemetery. Unless the family removed from Pines to Riverside Memorial Gardens. I know this happens as my family did this with my grandfather, Uncle and cousin, and moved than from Pines to the Cemetery out near Freeman, WA. Will transfer the memorial to you.

Hi Diana
re your photo requests for Mary Ellen & Viola Smith in Greenwood Cemetery, Wayne County Nebraska. We have no cemetery records for these two girls, I have asked the person who posted the memorials to double check his source.
